THR33 SISTERS: I went for interview and was told I’d get payed $17.50 no matter where they put me. Had to learn what to do in made up language cause no one speaks English well. Never worked with my own supervisor but the one I did work with was nice. That supervisor told me I worked to hard and that I was a good worker. And the person that was training me told me that I was working way faster than anyone else and that I needed to slow down. In made up sign language cause we couldn’t talk to each other cause we couldn’t understand each other and google translate which never worked cause of all the noise around us. My supervisor said to me that it looks like I liked it down there(on the floor). I said yeah it’s cool down there. I told him that I would find out the pay for the floor and then would have to discuss it with my wife. 2 days later woke up to a text message stating that from the day I started I’d only be getting payed $15.50 and not the $17.50 I was promised. I responded to the text that I didn’t accept the position on the floor because I did want to do the hoist cause the pay was higher. I then received a phone call from Cynthia and Ann saying that I was a liar and denying the fact that I accepted that floor position before discussing it with any HR person. Which of course upset me cause I wasn’t lying. Then while trying to explain the conversation I kept getting over talked by Anna stating that she had received paperwork and that it was correct. And told me that I was terminated because of my demeanor for not accepting the $15.50 and not getting the $17.50 I was told with out notice before working. And that we would part ways. I feel Anna was highly disrespectful and unprofessional for calling me a liar and not trying to hear me out. I was trying to suggest having a meeting with the supervisor that relayed the false information to resolve being called a liar but kept rudely getting over talked. Which this matter was only one sided and not resolved professionally. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR ALLIED FINISHING. ( unless it’s just for a couple weeks until you find somewhere that respects their employees). Respectfully noted: The CEO of THR33 SISTERS LLC.I now see and understand why we’re a 5 star company. Respect is the most valuable asset of a business.
