Nicole D: I purchased a pretzel today and it was one of the worst that I have ever had. It had way more sugar/cinnamon then normal. It was way smaller in size then normal. It was burt and tasted old as if it may have been reheated. I was very disappointed in the quality of pretzels that I received today. I do have to add that I'm giving 3 stars because normally the pretzels are cooked right. Not for sure if had something to do with the time that I visited and the cooks who prepared them may have been different.

BreAnn Bennett: Arrived and got told they'll be open at 11 even though their opening time states 10. It was only 10 minutes out so I waited. Then I got told they no longer do full size pretzel dogs and the bites will take 15 minutes to make. The full size ones are still displayed on their menu with no modification to let you know. Left empty-handed.

Lisa Phillips: Truly a pretzel to say WOW!! These are the closest I have ever found to pretzels we had in Germany. Gentle tug on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings are just enough to not overpower the pretzel. I love that they were not doughy and did not send me into a carb coma. The ordering and delivery were exactly as promised and I can't wait to stuff another one in my mouth. Truly a gem!

Folklore Botanical: Beechers has all the soft pretzels you would ever want! Online ordering and delivery service. Great for the office or just home..they are fresh and made the old world way. Hey I'm a German girl and I could order a box a week and never get sick of them. They have so many flavors and dips to go with them. A must try and a great gift idea for any food lover in your life.

Ty: I remember these little pretzels being absolutely delectable in my youth. I went tonight for the first time in almost 10 years and was sooo disappointed. :(I ordered 1 bag of cinnamon pretzels with icing dip, & one strawberry lemonade. my total was $14.60!Omg I was so shocked. I could’ve easily went over to chipotle and gotten a full meal for that price! The pretzels were cold & not very fresh tasting. It Definitely was not worth it at all. I will never come back now.

Leah A: Both orders were undercooked. Ordered pizza bites and they cut an undercooked pretzel in half an shoved it in a cup. Looked and tasted like dough with pepperonis. You could clearly see how undercooked it was and when I showed the two teenage employees they said it was cooked. I stated the obvious again that it wasn’t and one of them said “well there’s no eggs so you won’t get sick.” We threw it all away beside the lemonade. Don’t waste your money!

Justin Saladin: Wetzel’s Pretzels has a great selection of freshly baked pretzels. I always grab one or two (don’t tell my diet on me) on my way through the mall. Now with two conveniently place locations (upstairs and downstairs) the options of when and where I get my pretzel in the mall are about endless. Having a freshly baked pretzel really helps improve my overall experience at the mall. The associates are always friendly and provide great service. The warmer they use always keeps the pretzels warm and fresh. I have seen them rotate them in and out so you are always guaranteed a fresh pretzel. I do how however wish they offered delivery or catering orders. If this service was provide I could get my pretzel fix any time of the day.

Marissa M: At the Rivertown Mall the second level workers were very nice and don't deserve a 1 star the one guy that was there did a lot by himself , but when we went down to bottom level they had more options, so went with that one. We ordered and noticed they had a sign that said, if you don't get a receipt the order is free. Just have to ask the manager no questions.Robert the cashier did not give us one plus was kinda rude to a customer because they accidently went the wrong way in line. He said quietly "why can't people just read"So we went to the manager. Thinking this is a thing people did because why have a sign? Well she was VERY rude, rolled her eyes and made it like we were horrible just for asking. Robert then proceeds to go in the trash and give it to us. Why promote on a sign if the Manager is just going to be mean. We just ended up walking away because didn't want to make a scene. Sad because the pretzels weren't even done enough and gross.

Terrible customer service, openly complaining that we had ordered something from the menu that wasn’t ready and had a wait time. We were fine with the wait time and then upon returning the employee threw our stuff in a bag haphazardly and rolled her eyes as she handed us the bag. They weren’t busy and we were polite. There was no reason for the terrible customer service.

I say bread because the size was more like a bread stick stuffed into a cup instead of bites. On top of that they were burnt.Maybe if the staff would take more time preparing the food and less time on their unsanitary cell phones showing each other pictures they could get the food right.I would have taken it back but I did not notice it until I was leaving the outlet

Chad A. Frasier: Had a terrible experience in here today while standing in line waiting for a pretzel. Food an all was good but there was some tension going on in the kitchen between staff members. The exchange of words a certian employee chose to use to degrade the other employee she was working with was uncalled for and very unprofessional on her part. It seemed to be a laughing matter for the staff when it surely was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Cashier wipes snotty nose on shoulder, upper arm and also hand. Continues to grab cup for beverage and scoops it directly into the ice bin (btw that's a big no no). These are facts.
