michael velting: Great place for plumbing parts
Chris Henry: Walked in without a mask informed them that I had asthma and then I was told I couldn't return what I bought from them unless I wore a mask I then waited 30 min ( with a mask )to return it and watch half the people there walk around without masks including the guy stocking the selfs
Mike Haskamp: Absolutely perfect. We went into the showroom overwhelmed and walked out absolutely amazed. Showroom consultant Lisa Rohen took charge and walked us through every detail of our new home plumbing with more knowledge than we anticipated and excited to boast our tastes.

Jordan Whelan: Terrible customer service deserves a terrible review. Tell your sales tech (I believe named Rick) that hanging up on customers doesn’t represent your business well.
B Catt: 98%of the time they have everything we need if not they know where we can find it.
Vince Villegas: The main road leading out of our neighborhood is under construction, there is only 1 route in and out during this time. One of ETNAs drivers parked and blocked this path for over 45 minutes. I asked him to move so we could get kids to school and he refused. I had to contact the Road Commission and speak with management at ETNA to get the driver to move and stop blocking the only entrance and exit. Poor service, choose a company that teaches their employees to have pride in their work.
