Jose: My 2014 ram 1500 went in for overheating issues. I was not too happy with the initial diagnostic, but Service Rep Mark was beyond helpful when I took it in a second time. One thing I would avoid when buying a used vehicle from here is the Zurich warranty, extremely hard to deal with and imo not worth paying for it. Otherwise service was great!

Then had to pay 160.00 for them to say the issue was due to low oil. I did not have low oil and the issue was right back when pulling out of the parking lot. I never received a call back on my concerns. NEVER again will I use Fox nor recommend them!

I have a few simple questions.Been trying to contact them for a week now, seems like once they got your money they could care less.Especially considering the ONLY thing I asked for when I got my new truck, was for the second key fob and key. Apparently dropping 50k on a truck ain't worth a call back or second set of keys.
