Matthew Pavlik: Honestly so displeased with this experience and don't recommend this office at all.At first everything was great and Mr. Stout was going to be such a life saver. My grandma was told she needed to have her affairs in order for her emergent heart surgery that was scheduled that day for about two weeks later. Mr. Stout heard my voicemail after 5:30 on a Friday night, and still texted me back for an appointment, which we booked for the following Thursday, which was exactly a week from her surgery. After the weekend, multiple other law offices I had called, called back telling me they could squeeze us in and have everything fit in that timetable, however I was led to believe we had everything squared away with our appointment here.This is where my experience falls apart and becomes absolutely abysmal. Mr. Stout had the entire following week to call us and let us know his availability had changed. But rather than doing that, he called and left a voicemail at 9:30am the day of our appointment, telling us he had realized he couldn't fit us into his schedule and he was booked solid for 3 weeks. Then he recommended his friend who when we called him, well, needless to say he wasn't very kind about our situation. So now we were left scrambling to find someone, because our appointment was cancelled less than 6 HOURS before our scheduled appointment.And that's where my issue falls. If I cancel an appointment less than 24 hours at ANY establishment, I'm typically paying for the appointment anyway. So to leave us such little notice, knowing how time sensitive our issue was? Just absolutely unprofessional in every page of the book. I don't recommend coming to this office. It would have been a different story had he given us at least a 24 hour hour notice. But again, I have absolutely never heard of such little warning, as someone who works with clients as well, you need to have a better understanding of your appointment schedule. Professionalism at it's worst here. Thankfully we were able to find assistance with one of the multiple other lawyers that I had spoken too, but just, so dumbfounded by this experience and just left with the worst taste in my mouth.
