I worked with Jay Miller. I was extremely disappointed with the first draft, the graphics were awful, the wording was worse. It did not align at all to the positions I was requesting. I requested a second draft, and almost no changes were made. At this time, I said I did not want to continue with the cover letter and wanted a refund. For months, all the way til April 2021, I was given the run around, to their 'finance' manager Gary Brent, and other service reps various Resume Profs employees Alex Wilson, Ethan Gallagher, and Justin Boyle. I was given fake refund confirmation numbers, and told refund was 'pending' to my card. I'm honestly more disappointed in the big waste of time to correspond with them than the service itself. They're a fraudulent, low quality business. I was recently emailed by a Jeff Farrell of their updated services and 'money back guarantee' and it reminded me that, to this day, 2+ years later, I still never got a refund. I'm sure you see some positive reviews here. Maybe they're just starting off, and their first resume, and would be happy with any result. Maybe they're fake reviews. Trust me you're better off elsewhere and not risking your hard earned money here. I don't want people to go through what I went through on this, because I'm sure you'll be disappointed with the results and fraudulent follow up as I was. Don't use them. Go somewhere else and avoid the frustration and disappointment.
