Christian N Claudia L'Amour: We bought 2 rings, they were very nice and helpful.After we decided we didn’t want the rings we bought. Their demeanor changed. You have 60 days to return what you have purchased (no wiggle room). After that they will tell you one thing and not do it about your refund. I was told my refund check would go to my home, however when I called they said to would be faster for it to go to the store. Called again the day they said the check would be here and still nothing the store had a very hostile attitude. I called back they said it is still on corporates desk. Called corporate, they stated my address isn’t on there and it will be in my mailbox 5-7 business days. Very frustrating.(Mine kept scratching the baby, which is why I returned it. I tried having them sand down the rough edges, but was told it was good enough.)

After looking at their selection I mentioned something very specific that I was interested in, so Jeanne and Cassandra immediately grabbed their computers to scour their website for something that matched. They managed to find just what I was looking for, and they found it for a real low price. The customer service here is amazing

Olivia Morris: Dana is so awesome and funny! You can tell Dana lives and breaths jewelry, he has in depth information about every question I had. The manager here is also very kind and helpful. Both were very patient with me while I wanted to look at many different rings/prices with many different accent pieces. They spent a lot time advising me and showing me all the options I could think of. They have the best lifetime warranty I've seen after shopping all around for a wedding ring. This is a family owned business which is a huge plus. Also I ordered my ring here today and they told me my ring may be ready as soon as tomorrow! Which is huge because other places I've purchased rings from took 6 weeks! I highly recommend picking your ring from here :)
mgplafam: Disappointed. In multiple aspects . Have spent lots of money there at the 28th street location will no longer. Took a bracelet to be cleaned they damaged in process than acted like they couldn’t find the stone till I asked repeatedly. They find it and now tell me the $5,666.00 bracelet I bought from them can’t be serviced threw them? Smh weak so no money for you from my family
Dakota Smith: SO impressed with my experience here, was at the mall to get new shoes and walked in on a whim. Was instantly greeted by Tara who assisted me beginning to end. Dana was also great in adjusting my bracelet size and keeping me updated. I picked said bracelet up from Cassandra and she was so stylish and kind. Thanks y’all!!!! I am SATISFIED :)
