Ryan McDaniel: This place is horrible. I tried to call 10 times because I had a quick product question about a glove and no one answered the phone! This is beside the fact that their gloves are overpriced.

Ben Stewart: I had excellent customer service with this company! I had an issue with the blood born pathogen barrier in my extrication gloves coming unstitched and pulling out. Austin got back to me promptly and mailed me a replacement free of charge. Great company! They stand behind their products and have been very easy to deal with. Just don’t get the blood born pathogen barrier in your gloves unless you absolutely need it as they tend to come out of the glove. Just wear nitrile gloves under if you need BBP protection.

UNITED WORLDWIDE EXPRESS LLC: I had a poor experience with this company / manufacturer. first they sell goods and after they restrict resale these items . they have controversial policy. if you do not allow to resell your own goods - then please, update ahead of the time prior selling them in bulk / wholesale. do not recommend!

Brad Boettner: I purchased a pair of Rig Lizard Arctic® TP-X+® Palm 2026.These gloves are amazing. They take a while to break in but are very strong and warm. These were tested in -10F weather and my hands were almost too warm. I think most people are going to need the C40 Thinsulate™ instead of the C100. I will be getting the 2023 cold weather to replace these.

Jeff butts: To whom it may concern;Will never shop or recommend this place. Purchased shoes and wore for 2 days and left shoe started pinching toes. Purchased shoes on by one get one half off. My sons pair was $80 and mine were $50. My shoes had the problem. Went into store and talked to older lady and l was told that it mist be that my left foot is alot larger than my right foot. Even though I don’t have this problem with any of the other shoes i have ever purchase. I inquired if i could find another $50 pair of shoes to still get the half off and even trade. Now i was informed that i could get $25 toward another pair. So basically i would still be paying $50 for a $50 pair of shoes. So much for half off. Worst customer service i have ever had. Hopefully this prevents someone else from getting shafted.
