Michelle Fish: Communication is not their strong suit. We first met with Dave early June of 2017. We decided on a retractable awning, with all the bells and whistles. We gave them our deposit (around $2300) on June 22, and waited for a call that our awning was ready to be installed. And we waited. And we waited. Finally, mid August, I called them. They told me that UPS had damaged our awning when they had delivered it to the office some weeks before, and they had an express order to have it replaced. They promised to call me and give me an expected delivery date. So I waited. And waited. And waited. September 6, still no word. So I called them. Again. And talked to the office manager, who says he has no information about my order what so ever. And I'll have to wait for our sales guy to call me. Sometime. Who knows when? Honestly, I doubt we'll get the awning before the first snow. I know that things can take time. But to hold our deposit without once telling us what was happening with our order, that's outrageous. The key for any business is communication. And these guys SUCK at that. Buyer beware.

Come day of the actual painting they tell me “oh it’s primer and paint in one” and process to rush through the job as quickly as possible. 2.5 years later and the paint is pealing and flaking off everywhere now and we paid almost $10,000 for this work.
