Douglas Sandy: As much as I appreciate Jim the Scooter mechanic this will be a negative review. January 5th I had called and spoke to Jason regarding a set of mirror's for my 2022 Lance SOHO which was vandalized. He told me over the phone that he had them in stock and that they were $49.00. I left work early on the north side of town to get some cash and then go to purchase. I get there and Jim the mechanic is only one there and he states that Jason had him check for the mirrors and that they were in fact not in stock. So, had my time and resources wasted. Jim wrote down my information regarding ordering Mirror Set, and I have not heard ANYTHING from them. I was able to research on line and order myself and have received already. I am willing to rescind this negative review if Grand Rapids Scooter makes this "right" for me. You seem to be forgetting about the part about you wasting my time after you told me you had them in stock. How would you have reacted if I would have done that to you? With your mediocre response I will not be rescinding this review…

Lara LaBryer: There are a lot of options to choose from here. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices seem right. High quality brands. I do wish I could have tried one but I didn't ask.

They did not try to upsell me to a more expensive bike once I'd told them my intended use for the bike.Go there, and I think you'll be happy with a purchase from Pedego GR. Nothing like having a 5 year warranty and an actual shop to work on your bike.Sure, there are cheaper bikes on the web. But from my experience of purchasing two very expensive e-scooter that are now toast, I know Pedego and Tom at the store are going to keep my bike a happy camper for a long time.

Isaac Watts: I purchased an e-bike from Pedego (Ted) for Christmas. I had the best experience I could have imagined. Ted was knowledgeable about bicycles in general, patient in answering my questions and took the time to share the various models and classes of bikes and recommended the best bikes for my proposed use. It was a great experience. Ted helped me get the e-bike I wanted opposed to selling me on what he had in stock. He helped me load the bicycle into my car (which was too small) so that I got it home safely. I have enjoyed my daily rides on my new "City Commuter". Great customer service! Fun e-bike!

Mike Kopchick: Their service is incredible. We bought 2 bikes from them, and we use them ALL the time. I use mine for fun, but also for grocery runs and basically all my local travel. Saves on gas and much more enjoyable!Most importantly, we went with Pedego because we liked the idea of having an actual brick and mortar store nearby and I'm so glad we did. My wife ran over some glass and got a flat tire and they changed it for us, no problems at all. Their service staff is incredibly personable and helpful, and it's really nice knowing that if I need anything, there's a real actual person just down the road that I can bring my bike to.

Beth Ann: I seen Pedego Electric Bikes GR featured on a local tv station. I was researching electric bikes online and was almost ready to purchase a bike that way. I was very happy to see that there was a place locally to go to and see the bikes in person. I brought my boyfriend and were greeted by Tom the CFO (Chief Fun Officer) he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and was very patient with what bikes we wanted and the colors. (that part was for me-he had to order the color I wanted) He set the bikes up with the accessories we picked out and we were on our way. The quality of the bikes are great along with the warranty that comes with it. Tom made us feel like family and we can't wait to share our trips we take with our new e-bikes and our new friend Tom. Robert G: Me and my brother decided to rent bikes in December in Grand Rapids, we didn't know any of the rental market in Grand Rapids and shot off emails. Tom was quick to respond, despite it being after hours and on his day off. Tom was great and the bikes were great. I had trouble starting the bike once we got it out. However, I called Tom and he was very helpful to inform me of a power button :) Tom was very helpful in the shop and getting us out on the trails quickly. The bikes, I felt, were reasonably priced and a great overall experience. I would recommend Pedego to anyone!

Baker Short Films: Came in to Pedego to drill Tom with questions about E bikes because I would just then go online to buy one cheaper lol (you know you do this) but then he had me ride one and I was like SHAAOOTTT so I hopped on my first loan (I’m a youngster so Tom helped assist me in the process) I then picked up my new bike the same week and was now able to save so much on gas. HOWEVER a few days later I was stranded at someone’s house at midnight because the bike broke down. NEVERTHELESS. I brought my bike in and it was fixed speedy quick. My kick stand then just fell off / broke and they got me in to fix that too. I got the lowest grade of the bikes they have, so I wasn’t expecting a completely bougie hardware experience. However I bought this bike for the support. You buy an e bike online, you will probably have the same or more amount of problems but no way to fix them. Richard Hill: Our experience with Pedego Grand Rapids has been extremely positive. Tom fitted my wife to a 24-in Boomerang that is perfect for her. I thought I'd get a 26-inch Boomerang for myself but I didn't like the one color in stock. Tom tried the factory and checked some other Michigan stores for me but could not find my choice. Rather than wait any longer, I decided to buy an Interceptor he had in stock and I love it. The quality of the bikes and the local service make the somewhat higher cost well worth it to us. This is an investment for the next ten years or so. We were not going to deal with bikes we never tried shipped in a box for final assembly with no local support to service them when needed.

Michael Collyer: Tom encapsulates exactly what an incredible Pedego dealer should be. My wife and I can't say enough positive things about him. The first day we stopped by to look at bikes, each of us took out 3-4 bikes to try them and see what size and model would be best. Tom patiently and happily worked with my wife and I. Superman Rocks: I was looking for a place to buy my dream moped a Honda Ruckus I saved up the money to make the purchase. I believe it was meant for a purpose that I found my dream moped at Vilage MotorSports I called several times to ask questions after I got my dream moped I felt like I was being a bother to them but they always make it feel like your not a bother to them at all. I have been to several different moped shops over the years and none of them compare to the outstanding customer service that Vilage MotorSports offers. I called and asked where the title was at and the guy said it would be in this week and he was very accurate it literally showed up in my mail box a few days later. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a motorcycle or moped I would recommend them. They do all the title and registration for you to make it less of a hassle for you all you got to do is sit back and wait for it to come in the mail. Overall I feel like they treat you like family and a valued customer so don’t wait if your looking go and check them out.
