Nathan Endres: Very pleased with Market Merchandise. Their customer service is amazing. We have dealt with other apparel companies in the past, and communication has not been great. Jodi from Markit Merchandise took care of us even though we had a smaller order to start. We will definitely be using them for our future apparel orders!

The GREIU: We have done lots of ordering with them, easy to work with and great pricing. We have gotten large orders for bulk screen printed shirts and embroidered polos - they always look great. I like that their catalog is extensive - a few reviewers mentioned sizing issues, but thats related to the brand/items you order (like from hanes, gildean, ect) and not on them, they dont make the garments, just screen print or embroider them, so be aware of that. We have also done one off items, like custom jackets, button downs, fleeces, with our logo embroidered on them, those come out awesome. I like that its a local place as well, save on shipping and keep your money in your own community.
S: Great prices. Sizes can run small so keep that in mind. Needs tighter quality control with large orders, and more consistent communication. Recommend attaching individual names to each item ordered...

Wanted me to do a soft hire to see if I would like the job.As the next week approached, one of my family members passed away that morning and I emailed And called them to set up a new day where I could Go in. I left a message on this ladies voicemail 3 different times and emailed twice.NEVER GOT A CALL OR ANYTHING BACK. Very unprofessional from management and a waste of my time. I am very glad I did not go any further with this company to say the least.
Ian (tweak06): A few years back I applied to work here, and they wound up sending my resume back to my then-employer. My boss explained this to me, and apprehended me about looking for another job. It would be illegal to fire me based solely on that, so they kept me but it ruined my relationship with the company. SPD had no reason for doing this other than sheer maliciousness.During my time living/working in the area, I've met with clients whom have had multiple negative interactions with the owners of this company. It's simply not worth the effort, there are plenty of places to get your screen-printing done in the area, I would actively work to avoid this establishment.

Annabel Dougherty: Communication with TSPD can be touch and go. The staff seems to always be overturning. As a result of this we've had to reach out to find out if our orders were ready instead of receiving an email stating they were. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. They always double check what we need in regards to stitching and designs before sending the order off to print, which is appreciated.
