Beverly Larson: Shipping is extremely slow, poor customer service, & the prices are high. I have found similar or even identical products in homegoods & tjmaxx for 1/3 of the price. Nothing is handmade by the owner, it’s just resale. There have also been allegations of poor employee treatment by the owner which I found by looking at their indeed profile.

Dawn DeArmond: Buyer beware! Ordered pillows from IMHD and received with big black non removable tag on the outside. Contacted IMHD and couldn't help until they got ahold of the 3rd party they sell pillows from. Finally weeks later I was sent new cases only to get cases with the big black tag on the outside again. If you try to cut tag off than it still leaves the black part on pillow that is very noticeable. Only way to fix is to take cases apart. Contacted IMHD again and now they are saying this is how they are made. I received 2 cases done correctly and 2 done wrong. The tag should be on the inside..not outside. How now after 6 weeks do they say they come like that. Who wants pillow cases with a big black tag sticking out from it. And why have me send pillows back to fix if that is how they are made. They remove negative comments from page so nobody knows the truth.
