Once that was done Kevin didn't just leave, but instead had me run water in the house to make sure there wasn't an additional problem. Well, it was quickly determined there was an additional problem so he went the extra mile and was able to then determine we had a problem with roots right at the point where the pipe from the house enters the first septic tank. He was then able to remove those roots and immediately the water that was backed up in that pipe flowed and flowed. We are very thankful for the extra effort Kevin put in to resolve our plumbing issues, as well as with how quickly he was able to come to our house to pump out the tanks. We strongly recommend this company!

Driver said it was too deep would cost extra, also said it was a super hard dig and I needed to soak the ground for 24 hours before he came back.I spent a little time and actually put the spade in the ground and got my cap unearthed. Driver did not and could somehow tell me how hard of a dig it was without actually digging.When speaking with Allie or Ally I was told over the phone how I didn't have my cap unearthed and she was very snappy. How could she see this from her office? Cori Dailey: I was surprised when the driver called to state he couldn't find the septic tank. Since Kerkstra had completed the last septic cleaning, we assumed they'd have record of where it was. But we were able to clear it up by providing the spec of the backyard, which detailed where the septic & drain field are located. When I arrived home, my yard was in dismay. The 1st driver had to call for backup. The trucks drove on the front lawn (I assume while attempting to back into the driveway), leaving massive imprints & gouges in the grass. Underground sprinkler lines were punctured while prodding the yard to find the septic tank (no mention this might be needed when making the appointment). There was a heap of dirt left from accessing the lid. And the spec we provided was just left in the yard. Really expected more professional service from such a well known/established business.

We had a sewer back up and first called another company that said it would cost $96 for them to come out and give an estimate. They came out and gave us a quote for $2,000. I told them no and lost $96. Then I called Wasko Sewer Service. They came out, quoted $320 and did a great job. T. Miller II: Scheduled an appointment to pump both tanks and have risers installed. Took the day off work to be here for arrival between 10:30-11:30. Never showed. Wife called them and the person that took the call remembered every detail of the conversation they had previously, but no recollection of the appointment. Half an hour later, she calls my wife back and says yeah we can do it next Wednesday. Pass. Nearly $2000 for risers and pumping tanks seems excessive, and I cannot abide this poor customer service. Why make appointments if you're not going to show up? If the risers are missing and "being delivered next Monday or Tuesday," why not come out and pump them today, as scheduled, and come back next week for that part of the job? Pretty sure I can find someone else to do the job that will cost less and be on time.

Precision Remodeling and Design LLC Shawn Kenyon: they just finished pumping out our tanks we have two 800 gallon tanks we dug up our own lids to save $100 . they have no problem if you want to come out and see them pump it and the condition of your tanks , im very concerned about the health of our drain field so i always go out and look at them. they also rake out the bottom of the tank so its all the way clean. this is the 3rd time they have pumped for us were on a 4 year cycle now as theirs only 2 people in our home. the above and beyond is our lids are cracked on the secondary seal as the driver showed me before removing them he is going to look for some used lids for us as there not a standard size . thanks guys

Robinson Septic (John and boss Rick) was able to come out only hours after I called them (on a Friday afternoon) and they were very knowledgable and helped me find my septic tank and helped me dig it up. They located my tank, dug it up, and pumped it all for less than other companies quoted me to just pump.
