I went in the next day and Petr fit me for a pair of custom work boots while giving me a tour of the whole place...Petr hospitality was great and he literally made custom arch supports for my flat feet. These are the greatest work boots I've ever had plus they are composite instead of steel toes which means lighter. Petr spent his life learning to make boots and it shows. If you want some really really good work boots and hospitality, go and just talk to him. I promise you that you will not regret the decision!

Brendan Lee: 5 stars isn’t enough!! I’m on my 4th pair of Liberty Boots and don’t think I’ll be changing anytime soon. The boots are very comfortable and also look good. Each pair has lasted a good amount of time. Not only are their boots awesome, but their customer service is something special and rare. This last time I ordered boots I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I noticed the next morning and called and got ahold of a Petr right away. He let me know the size I actually needed was not in stock but that he’d make a pair, specifically for me. I was shocked by this gesture. I received the boots within a week with a hand written letter thanking me and an awesome pen and extra inserts for the boots. Other hiccup but not to worry! Petr took care of me all the way. They accident sent me a hard toe version of the boot and I have been previously using the soft toe for the last few years. I emailed Petr thanking him for the boots. I thought I had mistakenly ordered the hard toe version since I had already mistakenly ordered the wrong size so I was going to take the loss and just keep the hard toe. Petr sent me a soft toe version in about 4 days time I have them here with me now. The perfect pair just for me. Thanks Liberty Footwear and Petr for the awesome boots and experience! Cheers 🍻

Nancy Scaglione: I went to my local Skechers Outlet store in St Augustine, FL and was told "their policy" was to NOT request sneakers outside state lines. I then called Michigan and asked if this was the case in their store as well? I was informed that was NOT the policy and that all stores can ship across state lines. The manager in Michigan, Hope, stepped right in and quickly took care of my situation. Hope made numerous phone calls to insure that I received the sneakers I requested.My issues:1. I was told by the employee in St Augustine, after going into the back of the store, that he called his manager and she said she couldn't do it. This turned out to be not true. According to the St Augustine manager the employee never called her.2. After numerously telling the employee that I needed a wide width, he order the standard B width. Thank goodness Hope was there in Michigan, across the country, to catch that mistake. Hope called me and is sending me the correct size and width I need.Thank you Hope! It's nice to know that some people understand the concept of "customer service."After being told that sneakers could not be shipped across state lines, from the outlet store in St Augustine, Florida, Hope really came through for me. She was able to manage the situation and ship sneakers from Michigan to my home state of Florida. Hope went above and beyond and made sure that I walked away from this situation with a positive experience.

I have been a lifelong fan of Puma over the other brands ever since I put on my first set of Puma soccer cleats some 30 years ago. Now that I am getting older though I am no longer all about the newest and greatest so having an outlet store that has "last years" models at a very nice discount within 10 miles is absolutely awesome, I used to have to drive to Birch Run outlets for the Puma outlet.

It's a quiet building with shoes and boots lining the walls. There is also a corner filled with Smartwool socks of all kinds as well as insoles. They have a good selection of women's, men's, and kids footwear.Ethan was the associate who helped me out. He seemed very knowledgeable about the boots I was asking about and helped me find a good quality pair that fit just right.I left happy with two pairs of new socks and a new pair of Teva boots for work! Great place with great products, and a great staff.

Michelle Claybaugh: Bought New Balance shoes that the inserts come out of. I have plantar fasciitis and needed to put my own inserts in. I was told only shoe stores like Mieras could sell shoes where the inserts come out. I have found them since then, for half the price, at JC Penny's, Famous Footwear and Kohls. At the same time I purchased sandals for a pretty penny. I bought them in August right before school started. They hurt my feet. I wore them once. I just tried to return them. They refused to take them back. They were expensive and the gentleman said I could donate them and he would give me half off a pair of shoes, if I wanted to buy a new pair of shoes. I told him I didn't come in to spend money. I came to return shoes that were expensive and hurt my feet. He also said they couldn't take sandals back in the winter. I won't spend that kind of money on shoes again, or buy from Mieras Family Shoes.

La Chynah Boricua: Customer Service has drastically changed. We've been customers for many years now through the Steelcase program and today was so disappointed with how we were treated. Young blonde girl refused to look up work shoes and at one point said they were discontinued and wouldn't even call the other store. I told her they were on the website and she said if she ordered them there would be a delay because of back orders. I could tell she didn't want to help us so I told her we would just have to drive down to the store at 44th st. We went to the store on 44th st and the lady there was so sweet and helpful and guess what they did have the shoes and are not discontinued as stated at the Leonard st store. So disappointed that customer service was not the same as I'm used to..
