Marjorie Fournier: We ordered the “Your Shower Door” for our bathroom remodel because my sister used this company for her bathroom.. it was an excellent decision. This door is lovely! We chose the clear glass look, it is thick and treated and the hinges are unique (and patented) in the way the door hangs. It opens both into and out of the shower and shows the beauty of the new tiles in the shower. The crew putting in the door was respectful and informative as well as timely. I highly recommend this company if you need to remodel or just a change.
ML Botma (MLB): We captures several quotes for our shower door replacement work and YSD was in the bottom half with respect to price. We went with them because of a combination of professionalism, style of product, price and the glass thickness. Nobody else will install a glass this thick on a fiberglass shower unit such as ours. They completed the job in less than a day and we have had no issues in the month that we've had the new door. Very pleased and would highly recommend YSD!

I wanted to commit on how good they were on their scheduling and making the appoint time and with no time at all were the measurements made and rescheduling for the insulation date, which they were prompt on their scheduled time. The installers were there and had it done in a short time and cleaned-up were gone leaving no mess with a beautiful new shower door that was ready to use after a twenty four hour curing time for the caulking that was required. Before they left they took the time to go over proper cleaning procedures for the new tempered glass door, We have been using the new door and it has made a great improvement to our bathroom. He answered all our questions and concerns in an honest and professional manner, and in the end was not only the best price but the most straight forward about what we were getting for our money.We opted to upgrade to Shower Guard Glass, other companies quoted as much as $450 extra for the upgrade, not Malibu Glass, they only charged $150 which is the same amount it costs them.Installation was flawless, took around 3 hours, and left me with nothing to clean up.Absolutely the best place for Shower doors in the west michigan area.

Cynthia Limon: Great place to deliver materials. I showed up at 1030, and they had the trailer unloaded in about 5 minutes. There's plenty of room on the property to maneuver and back into the dock. The customer is very quick and friendly. I'd definitely go back. Receiving hours are 0800 to 1400.
Noah Marckwardt: They have a nice display room. They will be moving to a bigger facility here soon so it will be cool to see where it goes.

Hired for a second job and they turn down the work because they of previous issued caused by them. They have lost what good reputation they once had, over priced and under skilled labor now. Don't use.

Rob Vander Sloot: Looks Better Than I’d Hoped but Cleanup was an Issue.I love my shower glass and frame that was installed by Vos. The installers were friendly, on time, and finished the job relatively fast.However, cleanup was very poor. The installers cut the metal frame in the driveway just outside of the garage, which I assume is normal. The problem is that they didn’t sweep up their mess. My entire garage floor and part of the driveway was littered with metal shavings. Easy enough for me to clean up, but very disappointing.[UPDATE] The best way to evaluate a company is to see how they respond to issues/mistakes - things don't aways go perfectly. Vos has responded quickly to my complaint and has made things right. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Madi Crevier: Called trying to ask a few questions about getting class cut and tempered and was rudely interrupted before I could even explain what I needed. Who ever is answering the phone has a horrible attitude and needs to check how they talk to potential customers. I did not, and will not use this company.

The owner Keith took the order at the counter then laughed in my face on the the price I was told I was quoted over the phone saying it won’t be that but I’ll have Katie call u with a price. They call and it’s literally 4x’s HIGHER than what was quoted. Furthermore they tell me I must have miscommunicated?? Well done Keith you were about as excited to see a customer at your counter as as child being send to their room, laughed in my face and could care less. Guess you’re so rich you don’t need customers coming in because you made it clear I was wasting you time. If you don’t have a big expensive project don’t waste your time with Norbert and the owner Keith but beware on the price they quote to get you in the door then increase it 4x’s higher

Brad Knoth: It was time to do away with the shower curtains into separate fiberglass shower stalls in our home we built 10 years ago. I researched all the options on my own and then went in store to three separate locations including Norbert’s. At Norbert’s the store and people provide a family atmosphere and everyone knows exactly what they’re talking about. They patiently took me through all of the options and considerations and then did an on-site evaluation with measurements prior to quoting. I was particularly concerned about fit and finish and I am happy to say the final solution is flawless. Everything is tight and right and square with smooth operation and great aesthetics. Price was well explained and fair. Other options that appeared less at first quickly rose in price when considering total cost. Very happy with the whole process, people and product and install we received.

Sue Hinz: If I could give the Glass Guru ten stars, I would. What a great family-owned business--starting with Cynthia, who fields phone calls and schedules all of the appointments. First impressions are everything, and she sets the tone for the company--helpful, gracious, and informative. Her two sons, Logan and Zach, are simply the best, too! Logan meticulously measured and planned my glass shower enclosure on site. He answered all of my questions and obviously cared about doing a stellar job. He and his brother Zach installed the enclosure and did beautiful work at a reasonable price. Plus, these young men were pleasant and just a joy to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Two thumbs up!

It was tough to install but they did an amazing job and my bathroom looks twice the size and feels SO much better than before. Brittany Childs: Back in April/May, my sister ended up paying $400 for a window repair that ended up breaking again within a month. She doesn't write reviews and too naive to contact the company, but I'm so disappointed for her! Especiially her being a new homeowner. I feel like she was misled as she was provided two options in her estimate for an immediate solution, even though she needed a full replacement window! This WASN'T EVEN AN OPTION! Allison Wnuk: A huge shoutout to Kyle for going above and beyond!I actually went into labor the second day he was at our house working on our shower, he took it upon himself to make all the cuts while we were at the hospital so when we came home most of the loud work would be done. When we came home, he was so quiet and literally tiptoed around our house.
