Personally seen this as I am a x employee. Don’t waste your time with this place. Manager is very arrogant and all about himself. I could go on for days and days.

The labor charge was exceptionally reasonable, and I'm grateful that I now have an alternative lawnmower repair place other than going 2-3 miles west of Standale.

Cindy Kraft: I purchased my Stihl gas leaf blower and weed trimmer from here. The leaf blower needed a carburetor adjustment so I brought it to them. They said it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I called on it almost 2 months later and was told they would be getting to it that day or the next. That was on Friday. I went in the following Wednesday and picked up my leaf blower, it hadn't been touched. I will take it, and my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Zack Schlicht: First off, I cut out a star for not being open on Sundays. The only time I can rent is Saturdays and the equipment needs to be dropped off before closing time or I get charged another day. Always need to rush around to get the rentals back in time.Second, the equipment works. IMO that’s most important aspect. Also, the staff is very friendly. I rented some lawn equipment and one piece didn’t work as designed/advertised. They were very understanding and willing to work with me financially for the defective equipment.

Tim DeWitt: I had a problem with my fsa56 Stihl weed Wacker. They did not have the trimmer head in stock so they took time to see if they could do a temporary fix until the part arrived. After a couple of weeks i got the call that my part was in. I picked the part up and began to try and put the new trimmer head on. 2 hours later i am standing at the counter with the part saying I can’t get the old one off. They took my trimmer and tried to remove it. Only to discover that even if they did get it off the new part was the wrong one. Corey, who was helping me went a grabbed a new trimmer and said no charge because of all the hassle I had experienced. Whenever possible I shop at locally owned small businesses so take it from me. Alpine Rent All went the extra mile for me.

Their equipment is clean and always ready to go. For 4th of July they help equip our neighborhood with only the best tent and party supplies. They made sure to do no damage to our lawn sprinklers and showed up when they said they would be there. I even got to meet the wonderful owner Carey on the job site. It’s really great when the owner is there to help when needed as well. I would give them 100 stars if I could. No only if I could rent an Italian beef cart that would be awesome! David Sivret: Bought a electric motor and installed it. Called biljax talked to them after I installed and explained what was going on and biljax said the motor was bad. I called this company back and explained what biljax said and they said they have never said sold a bad motor and sold me more stuff to fix the issue that didn’t. Needless to say the motor would only work half a day then stop. I was finally able to get a new one from another company and installed it to replace the one I bought from this company and have had no issues sense: called these guys back they didn’t return my call finally after three weeks I remembered (had family and more important issues) and call back and they say they don’t replace or warranty electrical parts even though it was no good when they sold me it. So I would not go through this place as they don’t stand behind what they sell

The service department at Great Lakes Access was instrumental in helping me repair my Biljax 5533A via telephone and email. Great Lakes Access had the parts in needed in stock and they were shipped promptly. I would have to say all the staff at great Lakes Access was very courteous and responded to my emails and inquiry’s in a timely manner. Jake - MLS: Update: Not sure what happened in the past year but the equipment and customer service is horrible. I could go on and on about multiple problems but today we rented a lift and couldn't get above 10 feet before the auto sensor kept shutting it down. We tried rotating the lift, we tried putting wood under the outriggers, we tried everything to get the job done but it kept shutting down. Bring it back around noon, tell everyone I could find about the problem (nobody seemed to care) and we agreed that I would postpone the rental to a later date since the next two days called for rain and I needed a working lift for a FULL dry day. Then I get a phone call saying "Tom the owner" says (seen him today for the first time in a loooooong time) "you need to pay for a half day, since you ran the lift for 1.5 hours (yeah trying to get the lift to function and making sure it wasn't user error) and the key was on for 4 hours (yeah because we run the generator nonstop because all your batteries are junk, and I pay for the gas anyways...) So they said they'd call back, couple hours later they just charge my card for the half day. If you want to pay for broken equipment that doesn't work and waste your precious time, go here. Wish I would have seen the hiccups as a sign to move on.Original post (2 years ago): Been using these guys for a long time. Other than a few hiccups I'd say the service has been steady. 5 Stars
