Tony Jacobs: True compassionate professionals who worked with me every step of the long complicated way. The disability system in the United States can be confusing and frustrating in the best of cases, but Carrie and Karen were very well-versed in letting me know exactly what to do and what to expect. They tirelessly worked behind the scenes with obtaining pertinent medical records, communicating with the SSA office, basically doing all the things that lead to a favorable decision. Their assistance for the actual hearing was invaluable, I sat there thinking during the hearing how thankful I was for their work on my behalf.
