Our sod was cut fresh the morning we got it and was nicely stacked on a skid. There are no minimum order quantities and the cost was the best in the area! Thank you AAA turf!

The Mitten Road Show: Ok so this place has done both of my homes. For the price you really do get a great product. There was one that did not take, and I think it was my fault. Not only did they say just come by and get a couple for free, but they were so pleasant to work with. You can tell that this is a family run business and it is an amazing product.One thing I did learn that you really can not use a commercial mower for about 4-6 weeks. I did this after s couple of weeks of using s push mower and the suction power for the big mower was too much and it chewed it up and we lost a part of it.Another tip is that if you pay in cash you will get s discount. Some people don't know that if you pay with a card that the cc processing company takes a percentage. Now you can save that money with the a cash payment.

fyetye: We were only 7 days out of having an open house when we got 390 square feet of sod from AAA and it all looked perfect within a couple of days. When we went back to return the skid they asked how the grass looked and when we expressed minor concern about a couple of the pieces they quickly offered to replace them free of charge. The sod was way cheaper cheaper than anywhere else we have seen at only $.35 per square foot. I would suggest this as the only place to get top notch sod.

He was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions and giving us direction as to where to find specific items we were looking for. On top of his awesome personality and helpful attitude, he ended up helping us load up the 15 bags of mulch I bought. What is normally an enjoyable experience going into your store, was turned into an exceptional one because of his help. Thanks for the help!
Judy Carlson: I bought a live Christmas tree on Tuesday 12/6 and it was DEAD on Saturday 12/10. Brought it back they refunded me thank you and told me it was the 3rd tree of the day to be brought back. The tree farm they are using is horrible. I don't know who that is. Never again. Now have to get another tree and decorate it before Christmas.

Amy Yu: Great place to pick up lawn supplies with a wide selection of LESCO products but man was their customer service demeaning. Lynn, who was working the desk, was very rude and unhelpful to me, although she was very courteous and eager to help the one other person in the store who was a regular, as well as those on the phone. It felt like I was that one bastard child at a family reunion whom she was obligated to interact with but would much rather not exist. She was more than willing to explain to me how SiteOne, though indeed open to the public, is meant for contractors and businesses, and little else, even rolling her eyes when I asked the availability of their other products. Still, I was able to find what I came in for, which beats having to wait a month if bought online. Just be warned: make sure you know exactly what you want because your not going to get any help from these guys, unless you already have a working relationship with them.

The driver did an amazing job maneuvering his long trailer down the street with cars parked on street since there are very few driveways. And then used the unloader to bring the stacks in between two houses to unload the pallet right next to the backyard gate. It was a more than perfect delivery!!! And will make our job so much easier. Joe did an awesome job setting up our order, with prompt delivery, and their lift machine will set the sod pallets exactly where you want them. Follow their instructions and you can have an beautiful new lawn in very short order. I highly recommend this business!

When we long for good old fashioned American values that uphold God, family and country, this is where you'll find it. The current owners are the 3rd generation, and their children are clearly being raised with the same principles to perhaps carry this successful farm into 4th generation ownership. Their product is absolutely outstanding, rivaling any turf offered in the region, and they stay current in their horticultural training and use state of the art equipment to reduce lost product and to decrease the environmental impact. You would do well to support this traditional family run farm.

I thought they were open til 2!" You lost a LOT of business today! At least 4 more vehicles showed up while I looked up somewhere else to get the flagstones we wanted.

Right On Track: I've always had good dealings at this place. Getting 3 cubic yards of dirt delivered, the driver of the small dump-truck was able to unload it exactly where I needed. They also sell rocks and here of every kind. You can see their supply-yard from your car when you're going north on US-131 right before the West River Drive exit.

The lava rock we ordered was mixed with other rocks and that was not explained to us before we placed A $1200 ORDER! Their explanation was, "that's how we get it". Well, then why isn't that the picture on your website? We were given a $20 discount per yard and a free delivery which we appreciate, but when half of the rock we received is not what we ordered, that is unacceptable. We needed another yard because we ran out, but have to pay full price this time?! John says, "that's why we recommend you come look at it before you order", so why didn't he ask me if we came to look at it before he let us place the order? TERRIBLE customer service! Beware.

Patrick Flandreau: Our backyard play area could not grow grass. We live on a lake and the HOA limits fence location and distance. So with small kids and dog trampling the grass it was just barren or mud most of the year. We purchased and installed the dog friendly fake grass. I get a lot of compliments on it. Maintenance is super easy. It’s always clean. It drains very well. Michigan may not be where most people think of “fake grass” but Forever Lawn was a great choice for my family. I’d do it again.
