The associate working the counter, Jimia, was extremely helpful and called numerous other locations and even went as far as to search the entire website for the item. Thankfully, she was able to find it. She went above and beyond. Then, as I was leaving, the assistant store manager, Erin, gave me a code for free shipping on my online order. All in all a great experience!

I was in there for a birthday gift (Michigan football jersey) on a Thursday evening and there was not a soul in the store, including employees apparently. There was one at the front counter but he was nose deep in his cell phone. Hope he was job hunting. Thank goodness for online shopping.

Karin S: Bought two items on the Columbia Website and called this store to ask if I could do the return of one item there. Yup! So I drive out to Tanger and was told I needed the original credit card I used to pay for the purchase to return the item. Ok, my bad for not bringing the CC so I left. Returned a few days later to the Tanger store. Four employees at the cash registers and only me. The store manager had quite a stern and rude demeanor. I was told I could not return at the store for credit to my CC as it was a PayPal purchase. Only store credit. The 800 number to customer service only takes calls on M-F and this was a Saturday so no help there. So, I was FORCED to take a store credit and quite a bit of banter from the store manager that I would not in any way be refunded my money. When questioned about that first encounter she stated that unless I knew the name of the employee she would not do anything about that either, rather ALL her employees were fully trained… Obviously not. As I prefer Colombia snow pants to all other brands but all other clothing in brands other than Columbia this store credit is absolutely useless to me. I will NEVER shop Columbia at Tanger based on the store manger alone. Rude! Be warned!

John M: Have had two Columbia jackets that have ripped now. The last one ripped about 6 or 7" when I brushed against a twig. Got it stitched-up and that fell apart a few months later. Threw the other one away, it was so bad. Guess I'll have to look for another brand or find a better seamstress.

Nancey Chambers: Let me first say that I love Columbia brand clothing. However, this store needs to hire some better employees. I bought a fleece for my son. The cash register lady asked if I wanted to round up to support a charity. I said, "No thanks, not at this time." She said, "ok." So I paid and our party left the store. There were a lot of distractions as my friend was buying something at the other register and everyone was talking. I look at my emailed receipt, and the cash register employee tacked on a $5.00 charge for the charity!
