Brett: Great place for shows. If you get floor tickets, get general admission. Seats are folding chairs attached to other folding chairs. Worse than regular seats. You'll appreciate a regular seat more.

Magen Wade: This is the worse arena I've ever been to! To start staff was very rude and pushy, when we got to our seat they were seats so tight and close together that to get up and use the restroom you are rubbing chests with every person in a seat not also to stand you have to lift your seat up! 2 beers came to $34, they offer no smoking section and if you leave the venue there is no re entry! If you plan to go to a rock concert at this area don't! It's a bust!
Adam Parsons: I went to see Breaking Benjamin and it was so sick....there are plenty of signs around so I didn't get lost...parking in there ramps only 12 bucks so that was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful to getting us to our seats. Overall a great show in a great arena.
Jesse Chapin: Had a great time the view for breaking benjamin best I have had. Even the parking was reasonable we were literally right in. The wait time on the way out isn't bad just gotta be cool.

James Goetzka: Wonderful venue to see any event. Food/Drink prices went from a bit higher than what a restaurant would be to Extremely High after COVID for mediocre food at best. Certainly a big profit center for the Arena. Just be aware of it prior to going so you aren't sticker shocked.

Mike Bowe: 3.5. It's a pretty basic ballpark. In need of updating & amenities, especially when compared to other MWL facilities. It feels 30 years old. Still, nice staff, good view from seats. The promo for the night (Princess night) was well done & a huge hit with families. The real issue? Even as ballpark food goes, it was genuinely bad. Cold. Salty. Premade & rewarded. At multiple stands. In particular, the stands directly behind home plate (gyros, steak sandwiches, etc). It was also the most expensive MILB ballpark I've been to, concession wise. I'd come again...but HIGHLY recommend eating & drinking before entering the gates.
Michelle Bravo: The game was much more mild than I’m used to in the past. I’m hoping in the reconstruction they’ll adjust the concessions because even for a not sold out game the lines were long and it’s nearly impossible to walk around them. I saw a handicapped electric wheel chair user having a terrible time trying to find a path to get around.

Jim Peterson: This is an above average stadium for West Michigan. Seating is good, including enough away seating. Plenty of concession lines. Great nature in the background. The home team has excellent deck and viewing room. The only real downside is it is showing its age and the field has a track around it.

Austin Segur: Friendly facility, clean and new looking. Downside is lack of parking, and super expensive consession stand for food. If you are cheering for the away team, be ready for a super loud speakers blasting behind you with an annoying typewriter "cha-ching" sound everytime the home team does something well. Away teams only get normal audio speaking. 3/5 due to high prices and small parking lot next to stadium. Often have to park in main school lot and walk a ways.

Al Kach: Great Memorial turf field, press box and stands for spectators. Definitely not ready for Spring sports as all the restrooms were still closed & locked up and had to use the main building facilities. Some of the steps leading up to the stands were dented and uneven; Not great situation for elderly visitors. Parking can be a bit of a problem yet arrive early.

It's an artificial, field-turf, surface with lines for Football, Soccer, and Lax. Restroom facilities can be found in the North and South endzones. Concessions, Sugar Shack and Spirit Shop are open during larger events.The stadium is located near the shore of Reeds Lake, providing an idyllic view of the lake from the home stands. Memorial park is also a short, 1 minute, walk into a cozy downtown full of restaurants, bars & ice cream for all of your post-game activities.Make sure to visit the North end-zone known as "Gerken Plaza" and high-five the statue of Jimmy Gerken, an EGR legend for his caring and kind spirit.
