Joshua Addison: So around a week ago I had come in to see if my 3/8 to 1/4 hex adapter had a warranty because it had a jammed bit in it, and unfortunately it didn’t. However the badass team over at SF had gone the extra mile to remove the bit themselves after I had left instead of just throwing the adapter away, and called me by name as soon as I came in on my next tool run. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole team at SF supply!

Scott Cutting: Posting a three star review simply because their business hours don't make you happy, despite being impressed with all the interaction you have with them, is silly. Here's to balancing the rating out. Probably gonna have them check out my PA system this week. Looking forward to seeing how they do with the repair, despite them not being open 24/7 and on Christmas.
Pete DeGraw: Definitely recommended if you have a decent tube amp in need of service. They are very thorough and fixed my amp after other places couldn't figure it out.
Gary Smith: On Stage Services is a certified Marshall service center, and I was considering taking my guitar amp there to be repaired. I called and talked to Amanda; I received kind and courteous service. I had no complaints until I referenced their business hours. 10am-6pm Monday through Friday, closed on the weekends. I'm not going to take two vacation days to drop off and pick up my amp in Grand Rapids. Who isn't open for at least a few hours on Saturday? I don't get it.
