Angela Gillisse: I dropped an item off for repair on a Saturday and was told that someone would call me on Monday to give me an estimate for time and cost. I never received a call so I called a week later just to check and make sure they didn't need anything from me. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and told me that they didn't need to call me and that they were very busy so repair work was fit in as they had time. I was not pushing her for an estimate of time but rather if they had to item and needed anything else from me. She repeated again (rudely) without taking my name or inquiring about the item that I brought it that they are busy and she will call me when the item is done. After they finish this I will never return for business and will not recommend this small, local business to anyone. Customer service is a valuable aspect to business and Rainbow Resources clearly didn't demonstrate that to me today.

He is a wonderful teacher showing you how and most importantly why to do things a certain way when working with glass. He uses quality tools to learn with and cares about his student’s work. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and it’s not just about making a quick dollar. I highly recommend this shop for all your glass art needs.
