Serein Naturals: I didn't want to go here, I just told my mom their bread literally contains some of the same ingredients as a yoga mat, but I was still sent there to pick up food. After today I will never go back there and have told others to avoid this gas station subway! Staff members were not wearing masks properly, service was ridiculously slow and the employee named 'Promise' should be fired.. She had an awful attitude and made my dad the sloppiest sandwich! They were too lazy to change their gloves after getting condiments all over them so mayo and mustard were all over the wrapping paper and ingredients weren't evenly distributed, just lumped in the middle. Worst subway ever for every reason possible!

They offered to remake the sandwiches, but they were out of white bread and I was in a rush, so I asked for a refund.The manager told me for a refund, I had to dispute the order through the app which I did when I got home. I then received an email from her saying that the best she could do is a gift card for their store or remake the sandwiches since I used a "third-party" app.I eat Subway quite often and I've been refunded directly from stores before when I've used the app, so, I'm not sure what's so different about them. Paid extra for extra toppings which normally come on a sandwich and both were completely missing? $15 for one sandwich at a fast food place is absolutely obscene to start, yet they can’t even add the actual toppings that come on a preset menu item? Ridiculous. Also ordered ahead for a specific time and food was cold and clearly had been setting out for some time. That’s a health hazard at that point.

Every question was short with an attitude like she would rather be anywhere else. I asked for mustard and mayo on my sub. I like mustard but not for my food to be drenched. There's no going back from the amount she put on. She also threw food on the floor...seriously. It was a banana pepper, guess it looked a little funky so instead of throwing it in the trash it went on the floor. She looked at me 1 time the whole interaction. This is just 1 example of how rude they can be here BUT its super close to home so probably just going to keep coming.

They said they didn't have any of the egg, steak, or tuna for my subs but I said that I would be there soon, I got there the man there was nice and considerate I asked if I could get different subs. So he made me the replacement subs that I asked for so I'm overall happy with the experience. Nice store, clean, great staff!

I'm not here to complain about her service or how long it took, but rather the fact that Subway as a company hangs their employees out to dry. R: This location is literally such a nightmare. I’ve given them so many chances. There is only ever one person serving customers even if there is a long line and other employees working. James Schutter: I am a big fan of Subway, especially this location. The staff is always friendly. I returned after not visiting for almost a year and they remembered me. My food was quickly assembled to perfection! They took great care to make sure I was satisfied. The atmosphere is typical of any Subway. The prices are rising, but that's nothing to do with this location.-Bone to pick with the corporation, bring back the pesto and $5 foot long!
Mirela Alihodzic: I come here during my lunch time around 11am. Most of the time when I come there is a guy working who is wonderful. But I had a lady twice and the first time she put my bread in to bake and with her gloves went to the register to check me out, then she went back to finish my sandwich with those same gloves, so I asked her to change her gloves, she did. I had her today again and she did the same exact with the gloves, gross. Next time I will be walking out if I see her preparing the food.

The lady working the counter told me they forgot to order cups and she couldn’t help me. I asked if I could buy a bottle of water and she they “we ain’t got any” and walked away! I was horrified by her comments. I submitted a complaint on line and like many others have heard nothing from it. I can say word of negative experiences travels fast when you work in the downtown area. My business and many others will go to the Subway on Fulton from now on.

Alison Divanni: I work less than a mile away from this location so I'm in fault often to get lunch. I'm not sure if there has been a management change or ownership change, but whatever it is, this location has greatly improved in the last few weeks. The store is always clean, food looks really fresh and the employees couldn't be more friendly and hospitable.
Ariana Meyers: Only one guy was working tonight about an hour before they closed, and it was pretty busy. He did a fabulous job being patient and polite to each customer! I bought a great sub, and he got a good tip from me. Wish I had caught his name, because he is a great worker (especially for being a little understaffed) and deserves recognition!!
Jaye Behr: I order the same thing all the time, a veggie delite, it equates to roughly $8. I usually use this location but not anymore. They were so stingy, the guy literally tried the give me 5 individual olives spaced out like tomatoes on a footlong!!! Hardly any lettuce, or any veggies really other then the tomatoes. I’ll find a different location who isn’t trying to scam me by turning a larger profit.

When i asked who the manager was all i was given was rambling responses . Then I asked who the owner was and was given a whisper response. This isn't the kind of service I've ever seen at a subway.

Kelly Burgess: Too many times I've stopped in and doors locked. Line at drive through. This time doors locked, watched a vehicle at drive through go around, and i sat at drive through speaker for nine minutes with no greeting at 4pm! I pull forward and no vehicle at window. If you're closed, put up signs. Will take my business to another sub place and pay more over these experiences.

k forsyth: i have always had bad experiences here, as they are prone to getting orders wrong, not cleaning knives, and have flies inside. but monday night over 30 minutes before close we tried to get some food. we tried walking through the drivethru (the lobby was closed), and instead of telling us they wouldn’t serve us they listened for over 10 minutes as we tried talking to them through the speaker. we were even asking them to please just tell us if they can’t serve us. we went to the drivethru window and they looked right at us and ignored us.

Starr Lester: Don’t spend your money here. The girl working here w/ the AirPods completely ignored me as I was standing right in front of her waiting to place an order. She came out from the back and didn’t look up, acknowledged me, or anything. She went straight to making other sandwiches facing me. I was the only person besides her in there. I made the split decision to leave and to never patronize this particular subway. I wouldn’t want someone with a bad attitude and/or bad customer service making my food!
