Briggs Park Pool: what do users think?
Nikki Oom: Lifeguards are always ready
Erika Barstis: Love it!
Amy Smith: I love this pool! Even when it's peak swimming, it doesn't feel crowded. I've always found the pool clean. The changing rooms and bathrooms are a bit dim. But I feel that's pretty typical. The music is not too loud and always family friendly.
Ronda Marvin: Very nice pool & great slide. Reasonably priced. Great family time.
chris kopecky: Great neighborhood pool. Was able to work a few knots out of my shoulder for only $3 versus a $200 massage. One slide, two diving boards, lots of kids. Biggest downside is lack of any lounge chairs, just grass and concrete to lay your towel. Also unless it's mid-day or super hot out the big trees blocking most of the late afternoon sun keep most of the pool in the shade creating the potential to be cold in the water.
Keith Kennedy: Nice and laid back. Friendly staff, and enjoyable waters.
Jermaine McKinney: Great day everytime 🏊‍♂️
Sassanae Green: It is very clen and the staff are amazing and kind and generous to us
Bridie Bereza: Good cheap fun. The lifeguard staff members are on top of unsafe behaviors but not over the top authoritarians, which is great. Great neighborhood atmosphere.
Emily Killingsworth: Pool was absolutely freezing. The slide was out of service and when I asked one of the young male workers if it was broken, he stated that it wasn’t broken, but they were short staffed. To which i replied “even though there are many sitting at the table over there?” He that 2 staffers were needed for the slide and 2 of the people sitting at the table were managers. There were 2 managers which was fine, but there were FOUR lifeguards sitting around. Not sure exactly why they were all just sitting around and couldn’t be tending to the slide as many other patrons were upset about as well.
Julie Pallas: Lifeguards are on point! They actually do their jobs. Always a clean pool. Friendly atmosphere, music is great, a variety. Family friendly and my kids had a great time on the slide!!!
Candie Reece: Its actually a really nice pool the staff are nice its a nice place to come cool off and bring the family. But there last day for the year is tomorrow so enjoy it before they close for the season.
Scott C: Nice setup. Plenty of Life Guards.
crimson clamoris: Good pool with a cheap price
Stephanie Waters: The pool and area are clean. I have enjoyed taking my son and granddaughter.
Lady Oberon: I had never been here before, but I'm glad my family and I went. We had a fantastic time there. It wasn't too crowded. They are well staffed, and very polite. The pool and locker room areas are super clean. You can also buy little snacks for a reasonable price.Well worth the trip.
Aatiyah Ray: Never is open
Adriana Hazle: I loved it. Water was clean.. It wasnt so packed so u could actually enjoy being in the pool. And the workers very nice and helpful. And good price to get in!
Aimee Luse: Friendly staff and people. Place was clean.
Mr. Spookms: Wawa
Dawn Pietrusza: Friendly local neighborhood pool

Martin Luther King Park Pool: what do users think?
Bruce Cox: Good atmosphere 👀🏊🙋🌳🌈🏸 quality people gathering in reunion a celebration of family thus I absorbed joy in heart also friendly smile displayed lastly strength gained mentally and physically via king Park -Happy Day-
Marcus Haney: A wonderful local community pool. There's a slide, diving board and some water features in the pool. The shallow side is only 2.5 ft which is perfect for little ones
Damir “Grof” Kesar: Amazing local pool, clean and well maintained; I believe it is one of the newest ones that GR has along with the one of Knapp that is an exact replica almost. They check the pool at least once an hour if not even more often very diligently. Water is usually at a perfect temp and the ticket fees are very very inexpensive.Always have enough life guards on staff to cover the large pool area they are professional and really pay attention to what is going on. The slide is awesome for younger kids
Amber Hilyard: Would be 5 stars if these children under the age of 18 would stop there cussing and acting like fools. Lifeguards need to say something instead of just laughing. Not helping the situation. Young kids here please parents and lifeguards teach these kids to be respectful!
Bryan Gannon: If you can find a spot to park it's well worth the money.
Alex Valdez: I recommend going there it's cheap to enter and it's big
Redet Negash: Cute
Melissa Cornwell: The pools I great with it's super shallow end (2'6"!) and water slide. There is a great "catch" feature by the lifeguards at the end of the slide for young kids who can't swim or aren't comfortable with the landing. I wish there were morning hours, but overall a great pool!
Cindy Cruz: Is a nice place
Lamek Gebrezgi: The best

Richmond Park Pool: what do users think?
Shianne Strickler: Dog pool party was amazing!
Renee Wheeler: It was pretty dirty not sanitary at all !
Hu tao: I really love this pool it’s so much fun everything is nice and clean bathrooms are clean and on stop of that they give SNACKS i call that 5 star pool
Jake Lang: Great community pool. Our kids love the slide. Something for all ages.
Kathy Kartes: It was very nice, like the separation for little kids and deep end.
Leticia Manzano: Muy favorite space
Renea Floyd: Fantastic!!
Christine Dekker: Love the zero entry of this pool. It's great for little kids. It has a good shallow area(3 feet deep) and separate roped off areas that are deeper. It has 2 diving boards and a great slide. The lifeguards take their jobs seriously, which I appreciate!!
Billy Bob: $1 kids $3 adultsGreat price for all they have
Gilbert Gonzalez: Very great pool and slide
Ronda Schell: Out of control trash all over the place kids riding scooters filthy bathrooms
Snatch Block: I’m sure kids like the place. But the adults taking the kids are typically trash parents. Fights, poopy water, We’ll pass.
Miguel Martinez: Great family fun, clean pool, and snacks. They need to start banning kids, not cool that a life guard has to keep baby sitting rude children and keeping any eye out for drownings.
Megan Welsh: Live everything about this pool a section of deep water to swim in the beach entrance love it its my favorite pool to go to.
Justin McCoy: An excellent pool. Well kept. A few more water features and shaded benches on the edges would be nice. Cheap! Lots of fun for the family. Bring cash for an ice cream treat. Check the pool capacity on the website.
Sarah Lang: The pool is clean and the lifeguards are capable. Buy the punch card, it is way less expensive that way.
Jackie Cooper: Clean and fun!
Phyllis Boynton: We love this place. The employees are very nice, friendly and efficient.
Gia Nelson: Wonderful, life guards Does an excellent just an amazing park
Jasmine Thomas: While I love the pool & park itself, the customer service is not okay at all. Some of the staff can be be quite rude sometimes. A lot of young snobby kids who don’t seem to know any manners. I understand that the lifeguards are probably beyond stressed out having to basically babysit demon kids lol, but I feel like there should be no excuse for the young people at the front desk. There is desperate need of an attitude adjustment from some folks. I try to ignore it and kill em with kindness...but it can definitely put a damper on your experience. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to bring your family for some fun. Just be prepared for some attitude.
David Vasquez: Very good place for kids, but close cause of covid 19.and closed for the season.

Heather Downs Community Pool: what do users think?
David Schuster: Member pool, always a good time!
Kevin Van: When I first arrived I thought it was a community pool as what it says on Google meaning that it should've been a just a public pool. When I arrived and asked the person at the desk if this is supposed to be a public pool she said that it isn't and that I need to become a member first to enter the pool area. She said that the membership wasn't available and that I couldn't pay a fee first to go to the pool. I drove 20 minutes up there for nothing.
Emily Pablo: What time does this pool open at?

Goldfish Swim School - Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Selena Efting: My daughter has been swimming here for a year and has progressed in her swimming skills well thanks to the great teachers. Open swim has been an additional joy for my family and has helped reinforce the new skills learned.
Jessica Simon: My kids have all enjoyed swimming at Goldfish - everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the instruction is top notch! Having experienced all levels of swim lessons through Goldfish we can really say that at each level of instruction the students are learning so much. We also appreciate how organized and clean the facility is.
NALD: Both of our girls, ages 2 and 4, LOVE Goldfish!! We are always so impressed with the staff being so helpful, patient, and encouraging in every way possible!! Thank you so much to Miss Morgan, Miss Brittany K, Miss Elise, and Mr Josh and the rest of the staff for being so great with our kids and making our weekly swim lessons such an enjoyable experience!! They have really excelled and I can’t recommend you enough!
Logan Kerr: “Goldfish Swim School - Grand Rapids has been amazing for my daughter! She loves the water and the staff have helped her to continue growing her skills!”
Bethany Brovont: Love this swimming school! Would highly recommend our swim coach as well!
James White: Wonderful place for kids, staff are so good
Korynn Nestell: We’ve been attending since our 7 year old was an infant and up until recently never had any issues. However, lately they've been consistently closed or teachers are constantly gone. Our daughter is an infant and loves her classes but as parents we are less than impressed lately. After inquiring several times about a new location that's closer to our home we were told over and over and over again that they weren't open so there was no point in us moving to that location.I understand the locations are independently owned and operated but a quick google search told us that the other location is open. The people at Grand Rapids should have just told us that they weren't sure. It's obvious they didn't want us taking our money to another location and chose to lie to us instead. Now that we have gotten a spot at the other location, Grand Rapids is not letting us out of our current spot without paying for a full other month, even though we gave as much notice as the other location allowed us to. PER GOLDFISH POLICIES.It's clear all they care about is money and trapping people into paying for a service they won't use.I would go to any locations except this one.
Maeve Quinlan: I enrolled my daughter about a month ago. The staff is amazing, from the instructor my daughter has, to the staff who got us oriented the first time we went, everyone as been absolutely extraordinary. The facility is clean and well maintained. My daughter loves it here.
Rachel Mullins: So friendly, so helpful, such amazing teachers! Clean, bright, hair drying station, suit wringer, showers, private changing rooms. Just all the way round EXCELLENT!Goldfish combines a very professional, clean, low-key, but fun and engaging environment with excellent incremental swim instruction. My kids love it and are learning more every day.
Ryan Walsh: Worth every penny. They truly are passionate about the well being of your child, and will jump into the pool to make sure your child maintains a positive attitude about swimming. Very happy with their program, even after a year.
Katie Dwyer: We love Goldfish Swim School and love Ms. Josie!
Alan Mader: Enjoyed watching my 9 month old granddaughter kick in the pool.
Mary Ekema: I've very impressed with the quality of teaching here! Their "science of swim play" system works, and my daughter looks forward to going each time! Their tropical themed facility is also very nice; it has a play area, fish tank, storage cubbies, large bathrooms, snacks drinks and swim items for sale, changing huts, and hair and swim suit drying area. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Keith Love: This location does an AMAZING job!!! This place runs very smoothly, everyone is very nice and above all they are unbelievable with the kids!!!! All of the lifeguards and instructors and staff seem to really enjoy what they do and they are great at it. I cannot say enough good things about the people here. I love it and highly recommend! 10 stars
Julie Falther (Reno): Low quality swim classes compared to other Gold Fish swim locations with teachers who rush. I’ve sent my children to goldfish for 3 years at different locations. One month here and we’re cancelling. Managers do not take complaints seriously.
Emily Klinge: My son first started his experience with no swim training at all. The staff has been completely patient, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. We have fished through a couple instructors and Brittany K has been AMAZING! my son warmed right up to her and enjoys going under water in his Mini classes. Once an openings come up with Miss Brittany, we are for sure snagging it! Thanks for helping my little tadpole grow into a fish 🐠
Alex Blackburn: The people are very nice and it’s ok but 30 min for 4 kids is ridiculous for the price. Almost $1 a minute. Think about it
Anugraha And Anurag: Goldfish swimming school is great to go kids learning faster than u thought
Jillian Rau: My kids are much more comfortable in the water after starting Goldfish swim school. Well worth the money! The staff are great and we've loved all of our instructors!
Laura Thomas: Absolutely the best! Our family loves Goldfishes!
Emily Groendyk: My 6 year old daughter loved her Glider 1 class and has been much more confident in her swimming abilities! We’ll definitely be returning!

Salvation Army Kroc Center: what do users think?
Rene Torres: Ok
Jennifer Dibble: Not a helpful place if u trying to find housing. They don't help u pay ur gas bill
Helen Weitzmann: I have begun going regularly as a guest. I participate in an open clay opportunity $12.00 and a day pass of $11.00 and I can use most of the facility! Extensive weight room and plenty of treadmills!
Ambitious Gale: Love this place. It's a great and friendly atmosphere. It's clean and the staff are helpful and professional.
Jonathan Hester: Dress code rules are archaic and arbitrarily enforced.
Kaleb Taylor: Great lifeguards on duty, and the gentleman helping with the rock climbing wall was quite helpful with information, overall good experience.👍👍
Melanie M: Need more equipment to work out on. SERVICE people in the second floor need to provide SERVICE 🤷🏿‍♀️
Dana Hickman: Fabulous family venue for healthy family activities. Knowledgeable staff in a clean facility where fun activities can lead to new friendships and great family fun times together.
James Dornbos: Such a great experience all around. Kudos to the team and engaged employees here lifting up the community.
Norma Bennett: Great and prompt service. Very respectful and willing to help.
Chester Malon: Great Staff , Great Place To Be daily!
Nancy Merryman: I'm a new member here. Like all the things the facility offers and the hours that it's open.
Michelle Taylor: Took my grandkids to Trunk or Treat the people in the parking lot were so nice and helpful I would like to donate candy to this next year
Charles Tisron: If I have membership to a gym I do not want have to pay extra for things like pool use. And as a member I would not be able use the pool except on certain days and certain times. Staff was rude and not very knowledgeable
Florine Woods: A great place to work out, I enjoy using the equipment.
Shelley Fraser: Went in to pay our yearly dues. Nice facility. Woman at the front desk was pleasant & helpful.
Gwen Morris: Water walking was great the person that helped us with signing up front desk was great she knows so much insurance with Medicare just the understanding of everything she was wonderful
Joe Ardoin: Good workout
Jim Mosley: Just joined, really well setup for the entire family to workout or enjoy the pool and they offer a wide variety of classed. So happy we joined!
LeeLee Tran: You're better off spending a bit more money for a Y membership. If I knew the pool hours and gym hours were this restricted, I wouldn't have applied in the first place. I work day shift and was really looking forward to going swimming right afterwards but when I found out how their hours were, I'm upset that they don't have hours between 1 pm-5 pm available. Its even more restricting you're not allowed to get guest passes either. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
Gauthier Casanova: c’est magnifique.

Grand Rapids Aquatics: what do users think?
Arsenal Fordemocracy: I swim here for swim team great experience, the problem is the showers don't work right now in the mens swim locker room, and the pools heater is broken, but when it does work it is rarely heated.
Maria Austin: Love the coaches so much! Excellent program!
Dighton Hekman: Amazing coaches, great team atmosphere.
Patrick Lentz: We love the incredibly involved coaches, the fact that practices are the whole year through without any breaks and that equal emphasis is on all four strokes, regardless of the age of the swimmer. Our 8 year old has improved his strokes a lot since joining GRNSA!
