Brittany foxsinsox: The store is nice enough, and the chick running the fitting rooms on the AE side was extremely helpful (and she is the only reason why I'm giving this store 2 stars instead of 1. That 2nd star belongs solely to her). My biggest issue is the feeling like I'm just straight up getting harassed when I go here (Aerie side was worse). I just want to look at clothes in peace. Do not approach me 87 times. It just makes me feel uncomfortable, annoyed, and like I'd almost just rather leave the store immediately with nothing to show for myself than endure the onslaught of aggressive greetings and check-ins to find something worthy of making a purchase. If I have a question or need assistance, I will ask.
Tori Dodds: Just had the best customer service experience with Aerie! They get you the product you need without being pushy with sales. They had plenty of staff willing to help me! Ryan and Emily on the Aerie side we’re so helpful!!

Brianna Kimbler: I absolutely love American Eagle and Aerie's clothing and underwear. They are stylish and cute and when on clearance can be pretty affordable. The only thing I'll say about this location is that Aerie only has one trying on room open (which is totally understandable might I add) but it does result in a VERY long wait in line if you intend to use it so I would not go there with the intent to try things on if I were you. American Eagle had a shorter wait on the try on rooms if you MUST try something on.

jeanne jones: I bought a bathing suit a little over a year or so only wore a few times to the beach. Had to have therapy in the pool the chlorine destroyed my suit which was suppose to be chlorine proof. How embarrassing was it to get out of the pool to see my suit like this !! Very Disappointing

Quite Aikido: Pricey but nice clothes

Stephanie Miller: I was in the store probably 2mins and witnessed the male Manger snap at an employee. He knew I was standing right there too because he greeted me. My family was instantly uncomfortable and embarrassedfor the young lady. We spent about 45mins in the store and as my kids shopped I observed this male manager brutally walk around the store in "a mood" and as he did you could visually see employee tense up. This made for a very unpleasant visit. I will not return for this reason. I hope this manager is replaced and it returns to a postive feeling place.
Matthew Curry: I went in to buy a shirt, looked around for 10 minutes, never saw anyone working…finally someone walked out of a room and went past me, never said a word to me. What the heck…ok stuff I guess. Been there before and had similar results. Maybe if I was younger someone would help me.

Heather Fett: I visited your store this afternoon and apparently I must of looked like I wasn’t able to afford to purchase anything from your store, I wasn’t greeted by one person at all the entire time I walked around, however the older lady who came in behind me was immediately greeted and escorted around the store, offering to get her things, get her a room. This will be the one and only time I visit your location. I’ll choose to spend my money elsewhere. I may not of been dressed a certain way or looked like your clientele but I am actually very much able to afford your items.

On my second trip to the store, the clerks completely ignored me and I discovered that they only carry my size online.
