Jillian Dossett: I brought my wedding dress here a few weeks ago for alterations. It had to have a few inches taken off the bottom, the straps shortened, and the bustle done. Everything seemed great when I had my first appointment. When I went to pick it up, they told me they somehow got a blue ink pen dot on my dress. Unfortunately I wasn’t contacted beforehand so it was a very big shock but I gave them the opportunity to make it right. They said they were going to take it to the dry cleaners and I’d have to pick it up a couple days later. When I went to pick it up, the blue dot was out majority but you could still faintly see it. I was originally quoted at $915 and had already paid for the service. They eventually gave me $70 back after I said I didn’t feel it was right. I also realized my straps were never shortened and the bustles had difficulty staying. Needless to say, the dress still looked great but it wasn’t the greatest experience for the price I paid.Service:Alterations

Another alternations place had told me no, it just wasn't possible due to the 4 layers and the overlay and beading on the dress. Ninh Alterations said it could be done and even tied the layers together for me at no extra charge, so it would look nice when I walked in it. It wasn't cheap, but they did beautiful, quality work and stayed late to get it done on short notice. I will be a customer for life!

She was wonderful and attentive todetail. The work done on my dress was timely and they always had appointments available forevenings/after work. Jaiyu and Jeanne (the owner) both helped make my rehearsal dinner dress perfectby adding extra boning to help it stay up (it was strapless) and made me feel confident in my weddinggown. A Perfect fit was very professional and much less expensive than some other shotty wedding dress retailers in the area that scam you into to purchasing a dress way to big only to spend a fortune on alterations.

Chelsea Hall: I would not recommend “a perfect fit”. First visit went fine - Jeanne did the measurements.Second visit - came in and almost nothing was changed. They just forgot to do it. I live over an hour away so that was irritating. Felt like deja by getting the same measurements all over again with time running out!During that second visit we discussed the bustle and I was not happy with any of the methods - she said she’d do it on the inside. I also expressed how the top makes my chest look flat - I wanted the bodice to be fitted more to lift the chest up.3rd visit - bodice changed a bit, but not happy with the final product. I reiterated what I wanted for a 3rd time and she really just brushed it off and said there was nothing more to be done.She also went ahead and did the bustle in one of the ways I did not like. Didn’t even ask.I was clearly unhappy leaving and she thought that was perfectly fine, because she got paid.A perfect fit doesn’t really care if you’re happy, they just want a turnover of clients. Brianna: If I could give a 0 rating I would. This was the most unprofessional owner I have ever met. She was rude, and condescending each time we were in there. Jeannie had my dress for over a year due to us having to postpone because of COVID. If I wouldn't have postponed my dress wouldn't have even been ready for my original wedding date. My dress still is messed up and not ready for my wedding in less than 2 months! I had to take my dress because every time she altered something, she would mess it up so bad that it would need more alterations. Of course with each change I was forced to get due to her lack of competency it was going to cost me more. At one point, she had to order complete new material because she messed up so badly and had to redo the entire top part of my dress because she thought it was a brilliant idea to add lace in the middle of my mess top as if she put a broach there. Mind you I did not ask for her to do this! She lost a gem in my strap and shrugged if off as if it was nothing and then thought it was a great idea to "Jimmy Rig" fix it and leave a big spot of white string bunched up in replacement of where the gem belong....my entire straps are complete gems...minus this one spot thats just out of place. She admitted to us that she messed up on my dress every time she touched it. I honestly think it was done on purpose. I do not recommend her at all. I have never been so devastated in my life at how poorly my wedding dress turned out. There were so many things that went wrong at these appointments that it is way too many to list.Service:Alterations

I called my bank and they told me that it was in fact a double charge because they could see it on their end. I got in contact with her and she told me to come back after she looked at the totals. And proceeded to tell me it’s something my bank has to figure out, even after showing her my bank statement and explaining after leaving her business I was left with 50 dollars in my account after having over 200 walking in. Dresses, dress pants, dress shirts, a jacket, a bathing suit, a loose-knit sweater, etc.I've had long pants hemmed, pants lengthened, pants brought down a size, alterations to reduce the size (around) of a shirt or jacket while retaining sleeve length, etc.Every piece turned out great, save a skirt that was a bit too tight--probably my fault! It was a cotton skirt with not much elastic in the waistband, and I was wearing it more around my hips because it was a bit too big. I asked if they would tighten it to sit at my waist instead. They did that well, but I didn't think through the fact that in reducing the length of the elastic waistband, I had a hard time stretching the waistband enough to get the skirt up over my bum when putting it on. 🙈 I mentioned the tightness to them, offering to pay for it to be loosened again, but they were so kind and insistent that they would fix it for free. They were very kind and I have never felt that they have been rude during any visit. They are phenomenal!! 😊
