Matt Tomaszewski: I've been going here since I was 16, almost 20 years, but the IRS just sent a bill for $3230 because my taxes were not filed correctly. When I tried to help L & M with information on how to correct their mistake they told me I would have to call the IRS. I will not waste another dime with these idiots. Turbotax would have been the better option, but I thought loyalty meant something. It doesn't.

And dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!¡ESTE ES EL LUGAR MÁS NO PROFESIONAL QUE CUALQUIER PERSONA DEBE COLOCAR PIE! Solo porque no puedo dar cero estrellas, de lo contrario, lo haría ... Ni siquiera hago mis impuestos aquí y solo al ingresar allí se levantaron BANDERAS ROJAS. Fui a acompañar a mi novio. ¡No solo pusieron información incorrecta, sino que el 1040 estaba completamente incorrecto , con nombres y números equivocados en todas partes! que de acuerdo con "la Sra. Ivan Valentin: My experience with this office was horrible. In none of the time I spent in this office getting my taxes done. I was never told that it will take 2 or more weeks to get my tax return. All of the other office that I went too, They we're right on the date. Do not file your taxes here. On top of all I got charge $40.00 for E-file to get my tax return. Go elsewhere people.. Update I called the IRS and they said that they don't know why tax prep are charging us to get our tax return in two weeks when it can take more than two weeks. I was charged $120.00 to get them in 2 weeks, And my taxes are taking 11 weeks more. The reason I went here is because the last lady that did my taxes told me I couldn't claim my step son who has lived with me since he was 2 month old. On top of all, I gave the lady my bank info to have my check direct deposit, And my check came in by mail.. Next year I will be buying turbo tax and do it my self.

Sarah Waters: My grandfather George Rice went here for years and insisted I go here as well, for the first few years it was amazing but the last two years not so much. The receptionist is rude and unfriendly and clearly hates her job and when you call and leave a message, messages aren’t returned. My husband was told he called to much yet after two days his call was never returned, he was told he needed to be patient…. Who tells a paying customer after two days of calling and not a return phone call that they need to be patient? This is our last year of coming here.

All males with a female receptionist who is super sweet. I think they are rating the supermarket which is on the top floor. The tax office is on the bottom floor.
