No walking a lot, no waiting for vehicle to be pulled up, no prying questions, just helpful assistance from generally informed staff.Helps that there are just 4 models equipped one way. Though all colors and wheels may not be present.

Jaden Shah: I bought a Tesla a few years ago and I have only had bad experiences. The car drove me off the highway and I had a rollover accident. Tesla should make sure their drivers are competent before selling their product.

Sheila C: I purchased a Tesla x plaid, 6 seater. I called customer service in Grand Rapids about a car seat issue, I have twins that are 4 and an infant. I Informed them that there were no anchors in the 3rd row seats. He said I don’t know I’ll have to check and then called back and said yes there are no anchors in back. The problem is that you can’t fit 2 car seats in the 3rd row without anchors due to width you can’t reach in between to buckle them. I never even thought there might not be anchors. I told him I was never informed it might not work when I picked up the car otherwise I would have brought the car seats with me to investigate. Asked if there was anything he could do to help or suggest. He said…no that was your job to research it…. I was so insulted after purchasing a plaid of all things. I was already very bummed but that was quite the statement to make.

Daniel Archambeault: I brought my Model 3 here for its 2 year recommended service. There is not a Tesla service center in my city so my options were to drive 1.75 hours to Chicago or 2 hours to this Grand Rapids location. I didn't want to deal with Chicago traffic so I came here. I was glad I did. The staff was very nice and communicated well through the app during the scheduling process and to keep me informed while my car was being serviced. They also let me use an available loaner car. This is a great service department and there is a very nice shopping mall nearby to pass the time while the car is being worked on. The service on my car was handled very well and I will use this location for service in the future.

Called Customer Service and they already knew about them being down so I don’t know why the charger and app couldn’t have told me that immediately!
