St Vincent de Paul Resale Store: what do users think?
John Yoder: horrible prices… items are priced higher than what they are worth brand new. Don’t waste your time stopping. Items should be at a good price before half off day. Even on half off day most items are priced significantly higher than what they are actually worth.
Joy McCormick: Clothing prices -- RIDICULOUS HIGH. Everything else is about par for local thrifts. If you're specifically looking for clothing items, I would shop somewhere else. The store is kind of dirty too. But that is common in thrift stores in this area.
R: Always welcomed with a smile, prices are fair, and always fun to stop by.
Edna Walker: To high to be a second handed store
Gamedawg: It's a shame that a low income family in need of beds and furniture has to pay $300 for a used mattress and box spring!!! No frame but the store is full of items...and they say their low on cash but the items are DONATED!!!
Jessica Powell: I’m giving 4 stars because I still enjoy going to St. Vincent’s to thrift occasionally. I don’t want to give up on it yet. However I used to go more regularly because it was more fun to hunt for treasure. But sadly it’s changed. They opened up their “boutique prices” on women’s clothing and they pick out everything that they think is good and charge twice as much for it or even more. Unfortunately not prices I’m willing to pay for what I’m getting. In theory maybe the boutique prices could be a good idea? Not sure. But I wonder is it working for them? It sure has taken the fun out of thrifting there. And I buy a lot less as well. I wish them all the best with their boutique but I hope they decide to go back to their pre-boutique ways.
Erica Bouillon: Prices too expensive for a thrift store. There is a ton of inventory and the store is so packed with it, it's a mess. It would probably be less jam packed If the prices weren't so high. Employees are really nice though.
Professor Handsome: Please gate keep this spot
Juan Jr Medina: Pretty good my gf loves going here and I love taking her.
H R: Amazing service. Great finds.
Karen Taylor: The store was well organized and most items were fairly priced. Some good furniture was very inexpensive. The staff we talked to were helpful and kind. I liked the industrial building feel. That did make it a little dark in some parts. There were lots of high end clothing and fancy dresses upstairs. Tons of well displayed furniture on the main level. No carts upstairs could be a challenge if you wanted a lot of clothing. We ventured to the store based on post six months ago in Michigan Everything that posted how awesome the 3 level store was.The St. Vincent web-site needs to be updated. We went to the location expecting to find the "3 level thrift store." The basement has been closed for over a year but the photos on the webpage still show large signs indicating the basement is 50% off. The cashier indicated they knew the webpage was long outdated but hadn't gotten to it. Below is a photo of the page screen shot today.Do go to this location. (But do not expect the basement to be open.)
steven adegboye: They have a great selection and always have amazing deals. Hands down my fav thrift store
Larry Howard: Most likely they got everything you need old to new medium small how long big wide they got a library for the kids to go in and read on them love couches so I give it up for that place man you know everything cheap you getting nice things is good people in there Andover yeah I'm going to go back sometime I don't know when but it's going to be sometime
Anthony Fisk: Good group. Felt good. My girlfriend found some great items for her apartment.
Cara Quillin: Love this thrift store it's fun
Bryan Gruesbeck: Not a lot of men's clothes
Gladys Dodger: Prices are a bit high but they sell quality items. The whole store has been cleaned and rearranged. They need to fix the elevator.
J L: This store was extremely overpriced for a thrift store. I realize the proceeds go to helping the community and the homeless, but at those prices, I could buy the some of the same things at the store either brand new or a buck or two more. It's also extremely disorganized. Hard to walk around, and no way to get a cart upstairs. I'm disabled, so stairs don't work for me. Staff was super friendly though. That's why they get 3 instead of 2 stars.
KILLy Munster: Found three nice sweaters for half price, a few final clearance divided plates & paid full price for a few other housewares.Always have liked this store but the last few times I shopped most of the prices were too high IMHO.The cashier was very friendly & helpful.
Louis Wilbon: Great place Very helpful
Jorge Rubio: I Love This Place! :-)

Helping Hands Mission Store: what do users think?
Kelsey “Kelz” Wabanimkee: I really valued my experience here today and its a priority to uplift this business with the attention they've earned. It was clear nearly immediately that this place appreciates its customer. No question. Asked about closing time and then quickly wished I'd arrived earlier. The shop tender (owner maybe? - i hope so :) quickly followed up- saying that staying open later may happen. She must've picked up on my regret at not arriving sooner and she offered a solution. Unprovoked. They had such a diverse selection of quality pieces! SO much to dig into! Well organized, trending like they were hand picked, but something for everyone, at the same time.I overheard as this kind human welcomed customer after customer to the store. offered a later closing time to them as well " We may close soon as its slightly after hours but please do take some time to look around!" Shared info about an upcoming clothing swap (Leave what ya can. Take what ya need type event). She made conversation, and complimented people's children, asked questions to her shoppers and answered any of theirs with patience. *All of it!*She patiently waited while I tried things on (after close!) and even let new customers in, same time! She warmly offered advice when I asked for it (honest advice- not the sales driven kind, theres a clear diff). I wouldn't advise staying after close *anywhere* but she honestly made me feel like she *wanted* me there as a customer (as it becomes less common, this really stood out to me). When I told her I was short business clothes for a conference I attended this weekend, she offered a helping hand upon checkout and I can see where the store got its name. ❤️Even knowing i was an out-of-towner. This wasn't just shopping, it was an experience and the kind of connection we've all been missing post-covid, in daily interaction. If you're reading this, I hope you'll consider giving this business some love. They're doing all the right things, with clear, genuine intentions. Thats the kind I can actually enjoy putting some $ behind. Grateful for this stop!
Alina Spicer: Just was in shopping, lots of neat stuff but what really stood out to me was how kind and caring the store owner was to a member of the community who seemed down on his luck. She is very very kind!!
jan weber: TOOO pricey now!!
Joser Montes: Love secondhand Sam!!! Do you guys provide free clothes for homeless? I could really use an outfit and a packpack
Ashel DeVries: Really friendly staff, and pretty cool stuff too!
Amanda Gepford: Definitely have fun place to look around
Sara Peckham: The
Phyllis Boynton: It was great.
vickie lake: Nice variety of clothing, weekly sales, and nick nacks. Things for the kitchen, lots of sewing patterns, a few disability walkers on wheels with a seat. I picked one up for $15.00 today. :)
Krystal Plumb: Great variety, prices and people 🙂
Kathy Markham: Very nice people that work there. Prices reasonable.
KILLy Munster: The ultimate thrift store on the Westside! As time goes by this store gets even better! Love it!
kathy north: Amazing Mindi!
Ray Heemstra: very eclectic selection of old school stuff along with new, great prices, friendly staff.
Ro a: really sweet staff, size inclusive, lgbtq friendly!
Grey :]: Everyone there is so nice and I've found some really neat stuff there why cant i rate a 6/5 i love it so much.
Brian Sawa: Mindi & team are wonderful! Helping the community and caring for others. Always looking for donations.
Rene Carrillo: Stopped by& dropped a few things off. Turned Green into Spring & Easter. A visit with Mindi,Erica,Mary & Savoy🐰🐣
Johari Curry: An Awesome place to shop. Owner/ Management is the best ever. Great service great shopping. You will always find what your looking for. Totally love it
Juls Hoffman: Lots of clothes and shoes
Andrea Alleman: Great we experience shopping here. Great staff. Highly recommend.

The One Shop Thrift Market: what do users think?
Joy McCormick: Closing PERMANENTLY in a month. :(
Bob Smith: TLDR; Quality independent thrift!About 20% menswear, 30% womens clothing, 50% a little bit of everything else.Pros: VERY organized and clean. The items here were priced on par with SA but generally higher quality. Lots of variety. Cashier was very friendly.Cons: Surprisingly sparse, they could fit 2x or 3x the inventory they currently have out. I hope people are donating enough to keep them in business.
Nicole Coman: Clean, well organized. Decent amount of clothes for it's size, sparse in other areas in front and back. Takes donations
Charles Perry: Lots of clothing, some household goods, limited books and music compared to other. Staff super. Once in awhile, find something I am use.
heidi hagen: Poor selection
todd julien: Like having vinyl available on the NE side. Dug through the racks today and bought a few things.
Ro a: Honestly wouldn’t consider much of a thrift store more than someone’s small garage sale. The selection is extremely lacking. This could be due to lack of donations, but it is very bare boned. Has the potential to be a nice spot. The clothes were more on the expensive side for a lower end thrift spot, but the books were reasonable. Probably wouldn’t come again- waste of a drive.dear owner: There is not much of a selection (increase your inventory), your prices are high (lower them), and organization/store layout is poor (change it).
Mary Craven: I visited here just once about 2 months ago. It was good quality, but lacked in quantity. Very bare. Other than clothes, not many items. I decided not to return, unless I saw a huge number of great reviews meaning I just visited on an "off" day, but recent reviews prove to me that it hasn't changed much.
Bernadette Hawkins: Great store!! Reasonable prices!! All for a good cause! I stop here often!!
Andrea Mathieu: Super awesome sales associates
Taylor Niewenhuis: Clean, well organized but not a big selection to shop from.
Angela Oosting: Not much in the store , however it was clean and organized.
Denise Casemier: Very nice store
Marissa Lee: Very clean, organized and found some cute trendy things! Got 3 tops for $4 each, great condition and name brand. Workers very nice. Will definitely visit again!
M DILLY: This is a really nice place to shop is clean and the stuff they have is awesome. Good deals too!
Jesse Houghton: It was very clean and fun to walk through
Taylor Rodriguez: This place is fantastic! The workers are very welcoming and energetic, the place is kept very tidy and orderly and they have great prices. Would definitely recommend more people come here!
Mackenzi Schnetzler: Great mugs. Great people.
Trent Allen: It's a great store! The shelves were organized and clean, and the clerks were delightful. Definitely going back!
Audrey Trevino: Great stuff.
olivia andrusynyk: Great customer service. I love that my donations actually help others unlike when you donate to Goodwill whose profits go to their CEO.

New 2 You Shoppe: what do users think?
Melissa Dean: This is my favorite thrift store, but I just can't overlook how rude some of the workers are anymore. I have mixed feelings about giving them 1 star because of this. It is unfortunate because it is very clean, very nice, and I always get a great deal and do hauls for work clothes here. Still, I've only had one or two workers be pleasant, or at the very least neutral. The rest have been really rotten, even when I am just trying to check out.I asked a woman a question once, she was very rude and cold, then proceeded to turn to tell a leaving customer "God bless you," in very bad Spanish... yes, right after she had just been rude. Not really the image the organization wants I would imagine, and I know our community can act better than that. Sorry to the few kind ladies who have worked there, I appreciate what you do.And to the ones who are acting so unkind, I hope you can find true joy and peace soon! It looks like I'm not the only customer who has noticed how you are feeling!
Ashley Warren: I want to buy clothes there for a cheap price
Timothy Meyer: Great gently used products from clothing to furniture. You can often find something you like to purchase. Besides you support CRC private schools with each purchase. The only occasional draw back is finding an item a bit overpriced. But worth it since you often find excellent prices for good products. Go shopping there. You won't be disappointed.
Blurae Gray: Wonderful selection
kristin Ellens: Clean, organized store, with nice merchandise, spoiled only by a few cranky curmudgeons who work there, one of whom definitely deserves to be let go. C'mon folks, you are representing Christian schools. Let's see a more Christlike attitude.
Novi Bear: No good finds today there always next visit though
Amina Vila: I love New 2 You for all things home decor! I always manage to find beautiful vases, pillows and vintage home decor pieces. One of my go thrift stores!
Carrie McConnell: Things were set up nice to store looks nice. Nobody ever greeted us while we were in there. And when we went to check out we had one lady who was supposed to be working register was polishing a piece of wood and ignored us, another lady came over said they she would take me over to a closed lane, she left in the middle of the transaction, finally after waiting the other lady noticed that we were standing there and told us that the lane was closed. I told her that the other lady was ringing us up and that she left in the middle of the transaction. So she finished up the transaction My friend who was standing right behind me when there was nobody else in line had to go over to her line where now we have three people in front of her. Not a great way to work your business
Naomi Price: Absolutely love this place. Great findings, prices and people... a lot of awesome Xmas items
Randolph Reid: New 2 You is a great thrift store. They have books, glasses, clothes, paintings, furniture, and many other items.
Lexi Gordon: I normally come in to shops often but I am never greeted by the staff in front, and I just had a terrible interaction with the lady at the register. Very rude, not friendly at all. Honestly I won’t be coming here again I was utterly disappointed in my treatment here today.
Betty Ann Pratt: I love this store
Regina Howland: I bought my great grandchildren clothing for school. Great prices and nice item's. Very clean store
Ruth Gunneson-Poling: Store is always clean and lots of good stuff. It's a little pricey and the last time I was there the 2 ladies were very rude when I made my purchase.
Janice Cleary: Love this store. Always well organized and clean and great items people are willing to donate. I bought beautiful pale pink sweater and three semi-dress tops today. Regularly $8 a piece and today everything was 50% off. What a bargain with tax I bought all this for just about $17.
Lee Riedl: best thrift shop prices when they have sales. they have new sales weekly.
Hailey Thorn: Everything is clean and well organized. To die for prices and tested electronics!
Rachel Brinks: New 2 You is a wonderful second hand store! They have such a great selection of items, many you would not necessarily look for second hand, such as curtains and stationary! The clothing here tends to be higher end, and in good condition. I've also purchased dishes and flat wear, games, and art here - all in excellent condition and priced to sell. The couches and furniture usually look very nice as well, but I have yet to find an exact pattern I wanted while I was in the market. However, I always look at the couches and chairs bc sometimes they have brand new furniture and deals for free delivery! The staff here are always ready to help and quick at the register. Give this place a look next time you are shopping for pretty much anything, they may have it at a discount!!
L Rostic: Clean, nice & cute thrift shop. I think a little over priced, but overall nice place to visit.
Ardith Rietema: Great bargains, fantastic staff!!!
Beth Boonstra: Not only does this place have tons of great stuff, they also have an incredible staff with great service. I go here frequently and have never had a negative experience. Today, I bought a few larger items and I didn't even have to ask for someone to help me bring them to my car, they just offered and were super helpful.

Goodwill Store: what do users think?
Nash Landsparger: Good selection of stuff, although with most good will stores it's mostly clothes, not a bad store though.
Jason Jones: It is a great place to thrift shop.
jan weber: PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS ...TOO HIGH
Brian Bushman: Great hospitality
Linda Monroe: Used to be lots of nice shoes but not anymore and the prices have gone up
Jim Schultz: Good selection of used Books and DVDs. Fast friendly service.
Naomi D: This store seemed to have a lot of new items that in my opinion were overpriced for the quality of the items. I wish now that I had taken some pictures. Most of the new items I saw were Christmas decor.
Helena Calais: Pricing is inconsistent. Goodwill as an entity has been steadily ruining the thrift store experiences across the country. I always leave dissatisfied and disappointed in the selection and the pricing. Any item they deem valuable is sold on ebay.
Cora Mason: Really good customer service 👍
Adeline Mukashema: I had the best experience going here my first time, it was actually my first time ever thrift shopping and I fight the urge to come here everyday because they have amazing cloths and items ( p.s thanks to the cashier for taking off $3 because I didn’t have it)
Efrain Rosalez: Thank you for running such a good store.Always clean, in order with lots of treasures. Good staff offering great help and service.Thank you for serving our community.
Maryanne Saladino: It always smells weird in the store.
ILinda Arechiga: Very clean store alot of good clothes good people working there very helpfull good prices.
Kim Emery: Lots of great product selection. Great customer service. Prices are a little higher than other locations on dress shirts and short sleeve shirts for women.
Jameson Dick: Great finds for those who search, not far from downtown. Clean and organized location.
Bryan Gruesbeck: Very small men's selection
Ama Phillips: Overall shopping experience was fine. When I went to checkout, the assistant manager, Jenn, was very standoffish. She didn’t greet me and I was the first to say hello. She slowly and glumly typed in my items and bagged them sloppily. She whispered and asked if I had a rewards. Didn’t say have a good day. I could normally write this off for just having a bad day, but she was very chipper and lively with the customer before me, who was a white woman. Being a young Black woman, I was not surprised at all, but she could’ve done better to hide her prejudice. Do better, Jenn.
Matthew Curry: Store is clean, lots of variety in clothing and books , limited on other items. “New 2 You “ has more variety . Some new items are available, not sure if they are a bargain price. If you look hard enough you can find brand new items for a great price. All clothing items are in very good condition.
Michelle Schmucker (Shelly): Not impressed with this Goodwill. Their was an awful odor. Made looking around unpleasant.
Michelle Taylor: Nice and clean very well organized
Blorpo baggins (Katfishkid): Don't work at this store it's known as the worst one and I should have listened to that. The customers in this part of town are horrible people to deal with

Mission India Super Thrift: what do users think?
Andrew Qie: A lot of clothes and nice furniture.
Esmeralda Aguilar: Blessed I love this place Everyone is so helpful the other day I went in there and someone blessed me and got all my stuff for me I was in tears I love the people there one of my favorite places to be! Thank you!
pauline Sandoval: Good prices...excellent helpful staff.
Michelle Hassen: I will never shop here again.
Brianna Stocking: DO NOT DONATE HERE!!!!! I brought them furniture and they glanced at me and the piece I brought them, and they said it was particle board and that it was just too well loved for them. What I brought them was a full wood carefully destressed piece. I don't use ANY particle board in my creations. It had a matte black topcoat that was over a white under coat so when the corners were then destressed the white would be able to show through. I was going for a modern shabby chic look for my piece and that's what I was able to achieve. Apparently, they only take furniture that looks like it belongs in a nursing home living area or at the home of your great aunt Ruths. All the workers there are old and their tastes and what is accepted there to sell reflects that. I didn't have time to sell it in the move or I would have tried to find it a good home myself. Instead, I took it to a thrift store that I thought would take better care of it than a don't-give-a-flying place like say a goodwill but nope. A word to those that work here, just because someone appears young, and they bring you something doesn't mean by any means that its cheap and not worth your time to actually look at it. Don't be lazy and glance at one side and make a snap decision on it because its heavy and you don't want to put in the effort. Alot of hard work and craftsmanship went into this piece and you turned your noses up at it. Your loss because you lost out on the money it could have gotten you and my return business too.
Brenda Rich: I love this store . I go there all the time . Sometimes I'm the last person there . I usually buy clothes but for used furniture this place is a class actThey have beautiful things in the furniture front showroom (it's really not a showroom but it should be) because they have some of the nicest furniture I've ever seen at a second hand store this furniture does not look like secondhand stuff they must be very picky because they only have beautiful items classy nice jewelry center they have a boutique area with just gorgeous stuff . It's my favorite store. If your looking to buy a beautiful classy piece of furniture that's inexpensive this is your place . I can't wait till I need something . I'll be standing there waiting while they ring up all my stuff and I'll turn around and I'm just blown away with all the gorgeous stuff they have . Nice big fluffy couches, armoires alot of unique stuff and it's just full. The showroom is always fully stocked with nice furniture. It's nothing like goodwill or what you would imagine when you think of second hand store or second hand furniture this is not that, this is gorgeous nice stuff..the name isn't my favorite . and I'm not sponsored I'm not being paid to say this stuff I'm not a volunteer( becuz everyone that works there is volunteering. . Just go check it out and come back on here and give a good review . they're really cool good people.. thank you mission India.
Carter R: My wife and I stopped here for the first time this afternoon. While casually looking around, we both noticed an employee following us around the store. This employee was at the entrance when we entered the building, and immediately followed us to the back while we looked at furniture, acting as if she was dusting a lamp. We both felt uncomfortable and left without purchasing. Would not recommend overall, sadly, as we did like a couple pieces. From our observation the elderly customers were not followed. Please don’t discriminate against customers irregardless of age (what we experienced), race, appearance, gender, etc. Equal treatment is required for all.
Rick Sikkema: Janna Maris, We would like to extend a heartfelt apology for the uncomfortable situation you were put in by one of our volunteers. That situation and conversation was totally inappropriate and unacceptable and is not how we want to present our store and mission. We want you to know that we do not condone discussions on divisive subjects or "ambush evangelism." This has been store policy since we opened eleven years ago. Please rest assured that the problem has been addressed. We strive to show Christlike love to ALL members of the human race.We are fallible human beings. We make mistakes but are confident this situation will not occur again. We would love the opportunity to be your favorite store again if you'll give us another chance. The managers at Mission India Super Thrift.
Travis Mandenberg: Mission India is a delightful thrift store run by some very nice people. They seem to have a decent selection of furniture and dishes. They also seem to have some clothing. Although I do believe that it's mostly female. Their prices are what you would expect from a thrift store, and they do still have specials from what I understand.
Janna Maris: This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores until today when an employee cornered me into a conversation about politics & religion and said horrible & extremely insensitive things about people of color and anyone with a different mindset than Christianity. Said bad things about people in my situation in life without knowing my circumstances. I felt belittled and talked down to and had little opportunity to leave the conversation. You will never have my business again.
Molly Vokes: This store is a Creston neighborhood treasure. They have a little bit of everything, with an awesome price tag as well!
Jami Ridi: Very nice people kinda pricey but I'm cheap...
Polly Minstrel: My favorite thrift shop in the GR area.
janette oudbier: Clean and great prices.
jerry Rode: High quality thrift storeWith decent prices
Laura Casaletto: Curated thrifting worth a look for lamps, furniture, sewing notions and tempting clothes for adults, including coats at good prices. They seem willing to stand by what they sell. I don't share their mission of Christian colonizing, but I don't know much about it either.
Selena Whitaker: Great variety and great prices!
Carol Wright: Prices on most items are very reasonable...too many thrift shops are trying to be upscale and their prices are reflecting that...store is bright, clean and nicely lay out👍
Betty Stewart: Great variety,Quality and prices. Staff is courteous.
Elise H: I’m not sure why it took me so long to scour this place. As a dedicated thrifter, though, I needed to check it out. I’m impressed! It’s not a large store, but they have an impressive and beautiful selection of furniture - to of the line stuff. There is a room for “better” clothing, and a decent selection for all ages. Also, if you’re into fine china, glassware or jewelry, you need to head here!
Barbara Marinch: Has really nice furniture, clothing, home items & jewelry. A place to browse for unique items in a pleasant atmosphere.

Bibles for Missions Thrift Center: what do users think?
Annette Leech: My daughter and I had a great time here and found a great sweater for her daddy daughter date. Unfortunately there was no tag and they wouldn't sell it to us. I am aware they have the policy for a reason which was explained when I spoke to the manager. However, the unwillingness for a manager to have the authority to price it and sell it is ridiculous. I don't want to shop here again when that is the way it is handled.
Samantha Ditmar: Today I went to this store to look for an old door handle of some sort to add to the busy board I'm making for my son's birthday gift. I was excited when I found one. Unfortunately, it had no tag. I didn't think it was an issue being a second-hand used store. Well, I was way wrong! They have a policy that if something is not price marked, the customer can not buy the item. They could offer me no reason for this policy. The cashier went back and spoke to 'Marty' and she came back with the terrible news. She stated I could come back later this week to see it back on the shelf. I was floored. What kind of second-hand store claiming to raise money for a certain type of mission wouldn't want every dollar they could get. I told her I was writing a review and not a good one. She told me to have a good day. I honestly am not sure I'll be shopping here again based on how this situation was handled.
Angie Landon: Cashier didn't greet us and wasn't very friendly checking our!
Sheri Monroe: Great little thrift store with good prices and friendly volunteers. I have found some great treasures both times I've visited (a thin camping mattress and some paddles for tubing/kayaking) and love that it's right next door to my son's speech therapist so I can stop in often to check for treasures! They do have a fair bit of furniture and vintage items (appropriately priced) as well.
Joseph Mackeller: Always a fun place to scout for treasures! Their hours are limited (run by volunteers) but their prices are very reasonable.
Judy Hadsell: Wonderful volunteer's to greet us!! Always seem to find something that I may need.
angie knapp: Great store fantastic staff!
Charles Perry: Interesting product clothing, livable furniture, lots of decor, and many other things. You might find your latest desire among available goods. Easy in easy out, friendly volunteers. Give it a try
Sally Wesorick: Stopped in for my 1st visit today and I was totally surprised and impressed with the number of great quality items available. I will definitely go back soon! Get there early as they close at 4pm.
Norrah Shobe: They are a great place to volunteer! And they are doing it for a great purpose! They have mini audio bibles in all languages.
Bonnie Olexa: it was very good. Found things I needed to complete my condo.
Phyllis Farabee: They have very nice stuff especially household items
Deborah Fawcett: Good quality furniture. Steve is a great volunteer and very helpful.
MICHELLE ANDERSON: They have really neat stuff
Catherine Hoven: Extremely clean, large variety of items.. friendly staff, but overpriced.
Jink Fast: Have been here a few times but no longer after today. Walking by the toy section and heard someone getting trained on the other side of the wall in the incoming stuff area. The trainer said to the new employee “if you find something good take it”. So in other words just put the junk out for the people shopping. Won’t be back.
Kris Dotinga: Great deal on China cabinet in excellent condition.
Joyce Kuete: It's a nice clean thrift store with lots of furniture and new items all the time. Great prices & all volunteers all the time!
Cathy Moore: Friendly, affordable deal
Mike Flooring: Average size store with low end merchandise.
Heather Zalokar: They have a great selection for a thrift store, with very resonable prices. The books are broke up into genres/catergories, instead of being placed on a shelf all together. The store was very clean and organized.

Bibles For Missions Thrift Center: what do users think?
Graham Wellington: Nice store, but they’re never open. I get it, they’re volunteer run, however if they hired one person full-time to work daily, this would allow them to be open longer and they would more than make up in sales the amount that they’re paying that one employee to keep that store open.
vickie lake: Purchased some great household items today, @ a very reasonable price....great customer service, very clean store....something for everyone!
Jeffery Preston: Love bibles for missions good shopping experience. Used to work there, people are very friendly and good to work with. Even though it is volunteer work.
Teresa Olee: Have always enjoyed shopping here since it opened. However I recently discovered, in a time of crisis, that they don't provide a public restroom. Now I know they aren't required to by law, but it seems to make an exception for a 65 yr old woman in need might be the Christian thing to do.Shameful
Teresa Alexander: The people who volunteer there are all so friendly and helpful! And the thrift store is so clean and organized. I love it!
Juliet Schaafsma: It was closed the day I went
Star: Super friendly people volunteer here. Great finds and the most clean thrift store I have been to in GR!
Christina Welch: So I love thrifting and if have never been to this particular store before and i would say first impression would be wow they got a lot of stuff....overall i would go back as there are ton more stuff to go thru
James Tasker: Was a great place..
Lora Boone: What a nicely laid out storeVery friendly peopleVery positive and uplifting visit for meOh winter coats and boots are half off
Will Katerberg: Great people and fair prices
Jim Schultz: Used books many current authour$.
Irene Munoz: Well , raised their prices , limited days they are open . You can find some nice things there but need to open dressing rooms . You can exchange items with attached tags n receipt but it's a trip back to store .
Kristofer Armstrong: Friendly service!
Consuello: Great deals
Joe Aldrich: Great selection of quality items, very well organized, good prices.
Jack Eubanks: They have alittle bit of everything and the prices r very reasonable
Richelle Johnson: Talk about ripping you off. I'd been eyeballing a spot steam cleaner for a week. It had a 5$ tag on it. When I finally had the 5 I went back and the tag had been rubbed off. The lady at the front, Cindy, couldn't sell it till it was verified. Called me today to tell me 25$. What?!?Lost my business today. Sad.
Ivonne Valle: Nice place, super duper nice staff.
Rhonda Henry: Once again I found a special treasure for myself!! And the staff is truly so friendly and helpful. They make so you want to back again and again. Thanks for being so great!!
McKenzie Reeds: I’m confused how this place expects to make sales when they close at five. The majority of people shopping a second hand store work until five.. when I tried to mention it to the sales lady right as I checked out (a minute after five since I was rushed out the door) she was snappy and said they tried it and it wasn’t worth their while. Maybe you could try cutting costs by having only two people close the small store instead of four..? Anyway I guess I will do as she suggested and come in Saturday morning. With my feisty four year old!

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Ellie Wierenga: Great Thrift store. Very inexpensive. Lots of clothes& housewares.Alot of times they have sales on already low prices Very nice people that work there. The downside to this store is that the doors to this business are not automatic&you have to push them open which does make it difficult for those who are disabled👎🏼☹(had surgery a couple of weeks ago&have a walker, found it difficult to enter &exit their property)
Kelley Joy: Groovy
L S: Mason and Kristen are my pals. I love going and seeing them on Fridays. I have found many cool finds at this location but I miss the .99 cent sale sooooo much!
Sophia Taylor: Mason the cashier was so kind and fun to see every time Im in! Favorite thrift store in GR:)
Cole Gleason: The products have a lot of choices but the rude cashier made the experience frustrating, the elderly woman before us couldn’t hear him say 2.11 she heard 2.09 so he screamed 2.11 loudly at her twice in a row and shook her up a bit I could tell then asked us if we had different bills because he didn’t want to break them. The cashier with the fancy looped belt and laced red shirt.
Bob Smith: TLDR; GREAT!About 25% menswear, 45% womens clothing, and 30% housewares. Small jewellery couter too.Pros: Weekly color tags. Better quality items then most SA stores. Cleanest SA I've ever been in. Great selection. Prices on half the items were good, the other half a bit higher than other SA. Employees were very helpful and attentive.Cons: Just a handful of items were unreasonably priced (IE: a simple sweater for $16 when most were only $3 to 5); never seen that before at an SA, it was really strange.
Ben B-R: Great treasure store!!!
savege games: Nice.clean.well organized.friendly staff and great bargains
Vivian Jackson: Nice store
Laura: Lots to look
Betty Stewart: Great buys.
flame fire: It is clean and organized. A lot of great stuff to choose from.
Juliet Schaafsma: Full of good stuff
Sofia Ovalle: Very clean and organized store . Face mask is required to inter the place and hand sanitizer for your hands. Very friendly staff . I love coming in to a thrift store that is well stacked with merchandise. Come browse around you may find some awesome deals. Let's support this place of business that supports others 🙂
megan randall: This place has lost its mind! 10 and 12 dollars for jeans! No matter the brand. What is going on? I shop these stores frequently and this is by far the highest priced salvation army I've been to! Disappointed that greed took over this store.:( shopping elsewhere from now on.
M DILLY: The items that are sold here are too expensive, I understand is a second hand store but is unreal some of the clothes are just too worn out, as to old for household items to be sold for the prices the have. The place us somehow clean and service is I guess ok.
Donnato Ortiz: Organizes and frendly
Mrs. Benham: It is a wonderful place to shop. Very clean. They sanitize the carts. Clean the counters often. All donations are quarantined when they get them. The staff is very friendly.
Broken Doll (Broken Doll): It sucks, rarely ever has anything new or worth buying
LuAnn Egy: It's always fun to just browse around to see what people donate like they say " one man's junk is another man's treasure"!
Josh Page: Being on a tight budget I would frequent the many salvation army stores on a weekly basis. With the limited income I have I would find items for people I knew needed them and couldn't afford them and would be able to pick them up at a price within my price range. After seeing the new corporate major increase in pricing I won't be going back anymore! The pricing has almost doubled for their items and the items aren't even being inspected! Sad to see that corporate greed has affected even local charities!

Rustic Market: what do users think?
Tophiachuu Chuu: This place has always had awesome finds! Never disappointed here!! Highly reccomend
Erisa kik: the prices on everything is getting to highand not everything is antique
Jessica Fields: My favorite thrift store in grand rapids! Great prices and a big selection. Nice stuff and even dime bins for the not so nice stuff that still could be useful to many who need it!
Purron: It was so incredibly dirty, I felt extremely uncomfortable like I felt like I had lice.
Rachel Travis: This place is a gem! Very reasonable prices and all of the employees are so friendly. The store is clean and well organized too!
Nicolas Jordan: Love this place now, loved it back when I was just a youngin.
R.M. S.: Friendly employees and good prices.
Diane Heiftje: Nice place, good prices
Mariah Wilks: Our favorite place to thrift! They have the best prices and the funds go to a great cause. Can't wait for their expansion!
Adam Benrer: They Making It Bigger
ruth Martin: Very nice people work there!!!
Kathy Wallus: The volunteers were very nice and helpful, but some items were over priced for being donated.
Robin DeKorne: My new favorite 2cnd hand store! Prices are great, employees friendly and helpful. Only downside is not a huge store so some larger items are occasionally left outside and occasionally get wet 😔....but super bonus is the funds raised go to help pay for patients at Pine Rest so I'm giving them a five star ...look for the big red barn!****Update...they have added a large tent on outside so items are staying dry! Yeah team
SunGlow Smilé DeBiasi: Great deals great quality 75% day saved 80$!! Great deals
Sann Diego: Great place to Thrift, especially if you do a lot of DIY projects
Kylie White: I fall more in love with this place every time I go! I found a well-cared-for dress for a wedding that was only $5 and fit me perfectly, as well as 5 pairs of dress pants for only $15. I have to get them tailored, but c'mon. 5 pairs for $15?! From clothes to jewelry to curtain holdbacks to kitchenwares and beyond, this place is fantastic.
Shawn Rank: This is a decent 2nd hand store to stop at. Glad i discovered this place. Decent stuff for cheap prices
Ro a: poor selection, pricing a bit unreasonable on some items
Tracy Gutierrez: The people are very friendly
Kimberle: This is a great place to check out. You never know what you’re gonna come across. There’s a little of everything and the prices are not ridiculous. It is affordable. There is a worker there that is a little rude to some of the other coworkers. Maybe has a bit of a power trip. But all of the other workers and everybody there is always great. It’s a fun place to check out. I have nothing bad to say about it.
Barb Braun: I have been comen hear for a while now and love it I buy mostly for my grandbabys and my self I love the deals on baby clothes and it's always a great place to go for sure
