Easton Dutkiewicz: Bate and Switch is The Valleys idea of good business. I applied for a 1 Bed 1 Bath that had laundry in the unit and a patio. Then on the other end of it, when you pay $250 for a app fee, you are told no laundry and no patio in the unit. Then no other units available.How can we be paying $1235 a month for a unit that doesn’t even have laundry in the unit.So far the worst management company as far as communication goes as well. I was told I will not get a refund if I don’t I apply within 48 hours. But within 48 hours they still didn’t have my approved or denied application back to me. So I’m out time and $200!
K Byrd: "Was" really excited to move here. Moved in Friday. Highly disappointed. Will give them a chance to correct my issues before I give a full review or spread misinformation. (Update) Maintenance has been in to repair a few of my items but it's like everyday I find a new issue. I have begin making repairs myself. But my biggest worry is the smell in the apartment. I'm getting mold testing. Will update soon. Also I would like to say the team here has been very nice overall. The space is very welcoming. The list of discomforts overshadow things that could make this place shine.
Marcha Martin: Absolutely the worst living experience in my entire life! Management will tell you quite literally anything. They will charge you for things at the last minute and barely communicate with you. They charge high rent prices and use cheap materials in the apartment and will have the nerve, no the GALL to not fix a thing. My roommate and I both put in maintenance requests that were never filled. Doors are cheap, drawers, leak in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Terrible services and they will change rules on the fly as well. They charged us for an extra 2 months after moving out when we were told something completely different. Would rate it a 0 if I could. I’m not pleased at all.

Breanna Herp: Mike, the maintenance supervisor, was prompt and professional during his visit to repair a leaky sink. He had great energy and seemed to really enjoy the work he’s doing! We appreciate it.
Tina Rice: Is it perfect? No, but what rental place is?We’ve lived here 4 years and it’s been rough with it barely being livable upon move-in to just fine for the last three and a half years. Like most rental places, you get what you pay for but here you’ll actually get more square footage for the price at least. The management team are doing the best they can with the budget allowed from the corporate pigs that take the money from us all and they do a good job at trying to make some fun activities and try to keep up with maintenance as they can with what they’re allowed. Great location and great school system.
David Abraham: The experience that I’ve had at the valley townhomes has been nothing short of disappointing. The service has been by far the worst of any place I’ve ever lived. It’s nearly impossible to have maintenance requests filled, going months at a time without a reply. Even contacting the leasing office via phone doesn’t work. In order to get anything done, we’ve had to show up in person countless times. On top of that, rent has gone up extraordinarily high, while service has decreased ten fold in the same timeframe. Would not recommend.
Deborah Denkema: I've lived here for almost two years and have experienced a couple of urgent maintenance issues. Both times they responded immediately and were extremely professional. It's been a great place to live in a perfect location for me.
Sherene Hawley: Nick came over to our townhouse and did our repairs right away and also a great job.
Cameron Tilmann: I have lived here for almost 2 years now, during that time I have had very few issues. Any issue I had was maintenance related and has always been taken care of. Nick who is one of the maintenance workers always comes with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Nick is always very helpful with solving any issues and ensuring there is no follow up service needed. Nick by himself ears 5 stars for his professional service and positive attitude.

Danielle Moerman: Nick and Mike both came out and fixed our kitchen faucet that wasn't working. I so appreciate the kindness and curtsy of the maintenance staff. It's hard to find a place to rent that also cares about their facilities, and every maintenance staff we have run into does just that. We've also had our furnace have an issue twice, and they are out within seconds to fix it. So appreciated!

Elizabeth Lauer: THE WORST, EVER POSSIBLE!! The reviews are terrible for a reason and speak for themselves. DO NOT ignore them and give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. Terrible management. Problem after problem!! I will spare you details just trust this place is so terrible!!
Cameron Schlueter: Maintenance Review - When Nick came by and offered such high level customer service my mood completely changed. He took the time to not only address my maintenance issues but chat with me. He even made sure that the products he used were pet safe which means the world to us. I feel like the money we spend on leasing is worth it after this interaction and this place is very lucky to have someone who goes above and beyond as a standard.
Christine Foley: This circus has got to be the worst experience of our life! The left hand doesn’t talk to the right!Beware! If you want to continue to pay rent months after your notice and move out come live here! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Russell Hartley: Living in the apartments has been a very pleasant experience for us so far. Also Nic is doing a great job.
Eryka Ehling: I have had a bathroom leak that leaks all the way into the kitchen for months! Travis last night went above and beyond! He stayed way late past his shift and made sure it was completely done! He is very polite and took very good care of the problem! He had to replace the entire piping!
Hi Hi: I love living at The Valley, property manger Kiala and the maintenance team is always so friendly and helpful! They do fun residents events and I love the pool in the summer !! SM
Deborah Fawcett: I've been here going on 10 years. I'm happy to call it home. The office and maintenance team are prompt and responsive. The general upkeep is very nice. They have allowed special parking accommodations because of my health. Overall it's a nice and friendly place to live. It is pricey and rent is increased every year. Parking areas are not secure and theft and vandalism occur and my vehicle was included. Security camera's could be installed to help deter future occurrences.

Phern Cain: We are so happy to be here! We love the friendliness of our neighbors, how quiet it is, the bike trail, and the homes are BEAUTIFUL. Staff is very responsive and accommodating, and stores & restaurants are close.
Alex Dombrowski: Thus far our stay at the Knoll has been very nice. The unit is very clean. Whenever we have had minor things that need to be taken care of the service has been excellent. Its easy and convenient to pay online. The grounds are well kept. The access to the walking trail is a nice feature. We have been very satisfied with our stay thus far.
Ron Erwin: My girlfriend moved here. I love the layout of the floor plans. The bike path location is a nice feature also.
