Kent Career Technical Center: what do users think?
Jennifer Dibble: Love this place
clear as water: Great welding teacher
Madison McCauley: KCTC is an amazing school designed to help students and give them opportunities, but the office ladies… not so much.I and multiple students have discussed our dislike of the two ladies in the office. They’re often rude, unhelpful, and act like we are a nuisance when we come in. If they help you it’s only half-a** and with a lot of sass that often ends up leaving you feeling bad for even talking to them. The school is amazing… I just think this is an issue that needs to be addressed because now I don’t even want to go to the office for help and would rather struggle on my own.
Tyler Passino: I'd recommended that any student who gets the opportunity to go here do so.
Shelley Funk: I went to their annual flower sale where the students sell flowers grown by them. The students are extremely helpful and the prices are great.
Jo-C Coleman: Our dinner served during the KIASD Legislative Awards Banquet by Kent Career Tech Center Culinary Arts was fabulous! The service was fantastic and on point. The decor was adorable! Great job!!
Jessica Billings: Absolutely loved the Graphic Design program here. Made a lot of friends my first year in this program. Highly recommend and shout out to all of the staff for being super helpful and friendly!
nathias Grady: Its dope 😁🤝
Demon 3406pk: AWESOME!!!
Richard VanderMey: Awesome Facility, Great Students and Staff.
Randy Moore: Very nice place I deliver auto parts here from the auto clinic parts plus plus attended school here in the school year of 1996-97 but I actually went to the Kent transition center i took the transportation course but we used the shops at tech center because the shop was under construction at the time.
Tuhin Mitra: Great location and facility.
Zuriel Jansky: KCTC is a great experience and opportunity for any one who is in High School and would like to do some career exploration. KCTC is the place for you. I went to KCTC in my senior year of High School. I took the Intro To Hospitality course, Mr. Henderson was my instructor. And he was a great instructor all around, both in the bakery and in the kitchen. I am forever grateful for the experiences and opportunities I got to witness and experience during my time at KCTC.
Jonred red (Jon): I love it here is so much better than my main school kids can be weird but it is grand rapids. Diesel tech is fun and the teachers are funny
Marianne Holst: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
CLYT: Positive:Professionalism
John Laswell: Clean, beautiful, and the people are absolutely wonderful there. They work very hard to provide the best possible environment and tools for success.
Gabriel Puebla: Going Pro 👍
Rob Devries: Amazing place to go for high schoolers who dont enjoy regular schooling. You get to do hands on learning and check out different career fields. You also can make new friends from different schools from all around the area.I learned respect, professionalism, and when to work hard and play hard.
Loki is best anti-hero: Just came from an open house, friendly staff and students!

GRCC Leslie E. Tassell M-TEC: what do users think?
Jose Guadarrama: Exelente
Al Lenhart: Great CPR class.
Gretchen whitmer sucks: Twelve years ago I went through the computer repair/information technology program back in 2009. I will say that I have the skills to pay the bills but everyone uses a smartphone and not a computer. Present day I paid off my bad debt of a student loan and I am in a job not remotely related to IT. Where can I get a refund for the past 10 years of paying on something that I could of learned for free by watching youtube? In anycase the refund isn't going to happen and Grcc feeds its students blatant lies saying they will find work in their chosen field. It didn't work for me so spend your money wisely.
Lourdes Guizar: Fue buenaIt was good
Shay: Wanna say thank you to the automotive department. They fixed my radiator for me in great timing!!! And did a great job. Thanks Mr Gayle team.
lucia nguyen: Have a very bad nursing program at the main campus, which is located downtown. I waited over 6 years to get in.
jessica colter: I went here for auto mechanics a long time ago. I loved it here. It was always clean. All the workers were always nice. And my teachers were awesome. And it's right in the neighborhood so it was convenient 💖
Jamie Hamming: Career Counselor, Jeff Byrd did an EXCELLENT job with the tour! Great school.
Robert Deford: I went to apply for their welding job training program for the fall of 2015, but was told they had openings for the upcoming class. I had the majority of money for class already, but was hoping to find a weekend job before I started. My GF convinced me to go thru with it though, so I was rushed through the application process a week and a half before their job training program started.First problem I had was that, financial aid took two months to get back with me and, someone failed to enter me into the system correctly, so they had no record of me even taking any classes.Second problem was that, their banking service(Nelnet) never charged me for the classes and, even though I brought this up to numerous staff at the school and to Nelnet themselves, nothing was done about it.THEN, since "I didn't pay" for my tuition, I wasn't supposed to get the certificate of completion for the course and, yet I still freaking got it!!!!Not only that, but it was required that I waste my time going to hour long "lessons" from Mi Works staff. That's 18 hours of practice time that I lost to hear about some BS information that I either knew, didn't care about, or affected me in any way. It's taken them a year to do anything, even though I've told them NUMEROUS TIMES about the issues and, instead of contacting me to resolve the issue, they sent the due tuition straight to collections!
