Ryan Rademaker: I had three quotes for removing a large tree from our front yard and stump grinding. While Forest Green Tree Service wasn't the cheapest quote, they were the most responsive and communicated much better than others. Brad worked with me on the stump grinding service too, as it was a bit of a tricky situation. The tree was near a gas line so he took it down a first time and after removing some material, I realized there was a bit more to do. So, we made a plan for him to come back and take it down a bit more. Forest Green guarantees their stump grinding service and this is a really nice benefit. Overall, I'm really satisfied with Forest Green and their services and would definitely give them a call if/when we have other needs. Alyssa Stodolak: Consumers marked our trees to get trimmed. We did not get notice of when they would be arriving. Yesterday they came and moved our property so it wouldn't be in the way. Okay. Annoyed that our property was touched without permission. Get home to find our christmas decorations destroyed, our yard destroyed. 2 of our very expensive inflatables have holes in them now. One, they yanked the cord so hard that the cord ripped and now is no longer able to be of use. One inflatable they had ro have drug so hard that the fan barely works now. Cameras were dead on the otherwise so i can't see what they did to those decorations but there were several destroyed on that side too. We take very good care of our decorations as we try to bring joy to the neighborhood and they are far from being cheap. My neighbors went out and asked them why they were being so careless and they began arguing with my neighbor.

I talked to the temporary worker moments after he cut the right arm off my birch tree which was nowhere near the street and took all the shade away provided by the Maple for no reason. He was very rude and could not explain his logic in cutting and it seemed they were cutting to get paid by the truck full, not for any logical reason. I was told by the city to call the company which I did a hundred times and they did not answer. Other neighbors also said the street was left looking "nasty and weird". Nicole Hamilton: I have been waiting a while to post this review in hopes things would "improve". In November 2020 our next door neighbors hired tree fish to remove a large oak tree in their front yard. I was working from home at the time (thankfully). With no notice or previous conversation, Tree Fish started dropping huge sections of our neighbors tree in our yard doing a lot of damage (see photos).We were never contacted to see if they could drive on our property prior to starting the project but was told "we can't cut down the tree without using your yard". As you can see in the pictures, they completely demolished our yard with gashes, and huge indents. We have hired other tree services to remove trees and they typically tie up the trunk and large branches and lower them to the ground to reduce damage. Tree Fish basically said it takes so much more time and labor to do it that way so they were just dropping them without putting the effort and time to reduce damage to our yard. Remind you, the tree was NOT in our property and we were NOT the customers who hired themOn the verge of tears I talked to the company a few times expressing frustration and concern that they were ruining our property they said they would fill the holes they created. After they finished the job they did fill the large holes and cleaned up the debris left behind but there were giant Indents from the large logs that were dropped from 30'+ in the air.Overall I am appalled that this company still operates and how they get away with damaging property that isn't their customers. They asked for permission and by the time we were able to intervene it felt like it was too late. Tree Fish also told us the dents in our yard from large drunks and machine tracks would "go away" and "naturally bounce back in time" and level in our front yard. Two years have gone by waiting for this to happen and alas, this has not happened yet.We will have to spend several hundred dollars this spring to roll our front yard and do our best to fix the damage that was caused by this company.This company is not professionally and does not get adequate approval from people before starting projects. Additionally, I feel the company cuts corners and takes a lazy route to get the job completed in the quickest manner without trying to reduce damage to your yard.I am disgusted that a company is able to operate this way.
