Christy Mayo: I HIGHLY recommend The Brass Tack. It's a small place, only 1-2 guys, but they do wonderful work! I've had them do pillows, window seat cushions, dining room chairs and a large ottoman. I know they do lots of furniture as well. Their craftsmanship is top notch, and he always delivers before it was promised.

Hope Ramseyer: Wonderful service. I actually started my own upholstery project & needed buttons covered with the same leather I was using to cover an ottoman. The guys at Brass Tack dropped what they were doing to make the buttons for me and charged me a very fair price. They also spoke with me and made sure I had all the supplies I needed to tackle my job. I'll be taking future upholstery projects to them just based on the care & kindness they showed on my small button project!
SKat Foster: They did a fabulous job on a chair. Price was as quoted. You will wait quite a while to get your piece in and wait quite a bit more for them to finish. Upholsters who do a good job are worth the wait to me.

Nancy G: I needed six dining room chair seats to be reupholstered. I had a couple of chairs that were bought at Talsma's and ordered extra fabric to have the dining chairs done so they would match. I called Jack and asked if I could bring them in. He was very professional and when I took the fabric and seats to him it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. I told him the time frame when I needed them, he gave me the quote that was more than reasonable. I got the call a couple of days ago that they were ready and WOW did they look fantastic, I would recommend The Brass Tack to anyone looking for a quality upholstery job at a great price. When we called to inquire about the status of project he would get upset with with us!! He is very unprofessional, doesn't keep his word or run his business with the customers wants and needs first. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Horrible people and a horrible business.

James Geary: I took the time to take two large sectional cushions down to Dean's shop for a quote on re-stuffing. He seemed nice enough and everything went smooth. Was told I would get a price later that day. Followed up twice, once that day (also to give measurements of the one he didn't take the time to measure) and once a day or two later. Been over a week and never heard back.
