Superman Rocks: I was looking for a place to buy my dream moped a Honda Ruckus I saved up the money to make the purchase. I believe it was meant for a purpose that I found my dream moped at Vilage MotorSports I called several times to ask questions after I got my dream moped I felt like I was being a bother to them but they always make it feel like your not a bother to them at all. I have been to several different moped shops over the years and none of them compare to the outstanding customer service that Vilage MotorSports offers. I called and asked where the title was at and the guy said it would be in this week and he was very accurate it literally showed up in my mail box a few days later. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a motorcycle or moped I would recommend them. They do all the title and registration for you to make it less of a hassle for you all you got to do is sit back and wait for it to come in the mail. Overall I feel like they treat you like family and a valued customer so don’t wait if your looking go and check them out.

John Coleman: I rent a storage unit currently from the Coloma store and have purchased many items from the previous Dealership owner. That said, I had a leak in the ceiling of the storage unit that was starting to damage my contents. Tony stop by and asked about the leak inspect the unit and made a comment about the gutter system that had failed and was in the process of getting it fixed. About 2 weeks later it was fixed and my leaks are gone. Tony seem to be a man of his word and is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction!

It was stated that I did not need to put down a deposit since I was already on my way and would be there in an hour.15 minutes Later I got a Facebook message that said I needed to respond immediately if I wanted the bike. I called them back and he said another salesperson took a deposit on the bike.I was obviously surprised since I had already offered to put down a deposit by phone. He said there was nothing he could do. When I asked Tom repeatedly about offering to put down a deposit by phone he said he did not remember.Proceed with caution as they are dishonest.

They rebuilt the bottom end, bored out the top end, new skis, track, electrical, and I also requested a nitrous kit be installed that I purchased. All in all very pleased with the work done especially considering all the custom modifications done for nitrous, electrical system, as well as the steering. Expectations were met 100% super happy the way she turned out. I finally bought one and called and told them I had it. They then told me they received the one they ordered and installed it. Once I got the bike back nothing was done on it....$300 and 3 months laterI WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO TRUST THIS COMPANY! Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Matt Sweet: I took my 2008 Yamaha Apex in for a backfiring issue and had them look over the whole sled. Paid to have all issues fixed including adjusting the valves and clutch so they had the motor torn apart. The motor seized up and blew one hour into my first ride out of the shop. When I took the snowmobile back in there they told me it was unrelated, go figure. They had the motor torn apart and were supposed to look my whole sled over and couldn't find some apparently unrelated issue that was so big my motor was about to blow. I thought it was reasonable to just ask for money for labor back which the owner refused. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a new snowmobile.

Charles Comport: My 95 Harley softail that I purchased on EBay was taken to Rowley's by Grand Rapids Harley Davidson to fix some things that they were unable or unwilling to fix due to the bikes age. I dealt exclusively with Jake who was a pleasure to work with. I found them to be very thourou and honest. For one major problem I was told that may need a new starter and that if I did they had one in stock. I told Jake that if it needed one to go ahead and put one in. He called the next day and said the problem was fixed by correcting someone's faulty wiring job. I know they'd have made more money by putting in a new starter. VERY THOUROU AND HONEST. They are the only place I will ever take my bikeHIGHLY RECOMMEND!
