They're courteous and all of their sales associates know the stock like the back of their hand. There's a spacious, partially staged warehouse where you can try out different desk, chair, and office furniture models without rush. Staff are extremely patient, give solid recommendations without pressure to buy, and are easy to work with.I chose a Steelcase Leap straight from the floor and bought it (cleaned and REUPHOLSTERED) for approximately 20% of the cost new. I was absolutely floored. My husband found an equally good deal as well. As a final selling point, we also found out that EOI offers part replacement parts and maintenance as needed on the chairs they sell.Graciously, the last office worker of the day stuck around for an additional half hour so we could purchase and load our chairs and avoid the delivery fee. He even helped us Tetris them into the back of our not-particularly-accommodating car.I am SO pleased. Can't recommend Excel enough.
