rooster0327: One of the few shops that still mix in house, which allows you to get the exact amount of flavor and nicotine you want. Fair prices. Once an employee just sat there on her phone and didnt acknowledge me for a few minutes then a manager walked in and immediately made sure I got what I wanted and was very attentive. Haven't seen that other employee since.
Carl Adaway: The doors were locked 10 minutes before the posted closing time. Good luck getting in before they close. It’s up to the whoever is running the shops discretion that day.

This place had great juices at great prices and shipped quickly and efficiently.In the past few months I've noticed a big change. I've placed online orders and paid for priority shipping, but the juice wouldn't ship for 1-2 weeks. The only reason it shipped was because I called them and had to ask why it hadn't shipped yet.I placed my last order this weekend and haven't received any shipping information. I've called at least 10 times over several days and nobody is answering the phone. I'm done with this shop, they are terrible these days.

Madison Szczesniak: Went in over the weekend and Ayanna was working, she was super kind and extremely helpful. You know when you have those situations where you say, "Nah, I don't need a receipt" but then you do end up needing it, that happened to me. I called a few days later and spoke with Zack who was also incredibly helpful even when unsure if he could pull a receipt for me, but he tried a few things and was able to pull up my account and send me a receipt for my purchase so that I could connect with the manufacturer on a product I purchased. Very thankful for their kind customer service. Great experience. A lot of options in store. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend came outside and we both tried the second grape flavored vapmod... still tasted like plastic. I went inside and asked nicely if I could exchange and he scoffed, and said he does not normally do that (understandable) but when I asked to have another blueberry vapemod (the one that didn't have a bad flavor) and his response was " no. You can't" I expected more professionalism and respect when a customer asks for another vape which was the one that didn't have any issues. I don't plan to return to this store. Bad customer service.

Sabbi —: Now when I stop by I’m usually happily greeted by Sydney at this location. She’s always friendly, smiling, and I love chatting with her. A+ customer service! I would loveeee to see Elf bars here though. They’re way better than the battery tasting rechargeables you have.
