Allen Edwin Homes: We used 616 Amusements at our 80's themed holiday party at the Amway Grand Plaza. We had 80's themed arcade games, a band and other 80's symbols. The games that were brought in were in mint condition and worked perfectly with our theme. Everyone has so much fun playing them and said that because of those games, it was actually the most fun holiday party yet. We’ve done casino games in the past and everyone enjoyed the arcade games even more. Grant was great during the event. We had setup a claw machine with different prizes in it (wireless headphones, fossil watches, gift cards and many other items.) Grant was there to make sure that all of the items were grabbed over the course of the night at the right pace. He continuously checked in to make sure everything was going right, which I loved. I will most certainly be using 616 Amusements with my future events. The hard work and attention to detail made my event a hit!

Killer 6980cmc: Worst gaming store I have ever gone to, the staff member that is male and obviously gay was very unhelpful to me, I simply wanted to check the discs before i was sold the game, they all looked very poorly cared for, he sold me a game that was incorrect, didn't even know the difference between them, army of two, but had 40th day in it but did not have the regular army of two, then proceeded to tell me that the person who sold it to them had the wrong game in there then, they should have checked before buying it. They didn't want to give me a refund only in store credit for a game that was bought within 5 minutes of figuring out that it wasn't the correct one, had to do an even trade. Everything is over priced, I will never return here and I certainly will not let my friends and family waste money here.

Andrew Tuma: Nicely organized with a a large number of games, I made a quick visit in to check it out since I had never been before. You will probably find something you are looking for, but maybe not. Plenty of room to explore with out feeling the cramp. The store looked like it was close when we visited from no car in parking lot and no open sign with the tinted window (good call on the tint you should do the other windows to protect the game from sun damage) but luckily the red car show up and it is clearly open. I did not talk to employee much but they were kind.

Such a great spot and I really recommend going if you’ve never been. I got some awesome Sega Genesis games and could not be happier. They also have a guarantee for their games too, which was really nice compared to some no return stores. I would recommend anyone from a seasoned gamer to a beginner, they’ll make you feel welcomed. :)

I'm just going to say, if you're running only one employee on a Saturday, make sure they know how to handle a crowd of guests.I only needed 2 little things that totaled less than $10, but I got stuck behind 2 people selling back dozens of games at a time. I was probably in there for close to 40min. Like, you know what I needed, because I asked you where it was. It was behind the counter and you grabbed it for me. Maybe if you know one transaction is going to take 30 seconds (even asking all the transactional questions eg phone number, rewards, down payment for future releases etc), ask the people who's transaction is going to take 15+ minutes if they'd mind waiting for the quick one. I don't know, maybe it's a me thing.Either way, they had what I needed, and more stuff than I could shake a stick at. If I made more money, I'd probably be in there a lot more. But as it is, I got what I wanted/needed at on a minor inconvenience.

Gumpster 20: This store can never open on time. Says they open at noon but doors are always locked till 12:30 at least.
