A lot of singled out favoritism happening in this location, been going here for years spending countless money on their products to be treated this way , I couldn't do my shopping due to my prolapse bladder a medical condition tht needs surgery and I was told no bathroom available, so you will no longer receive any more of my money I will shop elsewhere, health hutt in grand haven or muskegon have a giant more stocked store with a public bathroom for all the customers to use plz visit them😉

Lacey Johnson: Store Manager David cannot take a hint; I told him three different ways why I wasn’t interested in the auto ship program for two supplements. I stated three different reasons for not being interested and he still pushed it on me, kept me in the store longer to explain how it works, and wouldn’t accept that I wasn’t interested. I probably won’t be back to this location because of this experience.
Sean Murphy: Great place with a huge selection of products. The rewards program is easy and great. Some items can be pricey but the quality is good. I only had one problem once with energy drinks tasting bad but they replaced them no issues.
Terence Burnett: This was surprisingly the worst retail experience I have encountered in Grand Rapids, Mi. I put a order in for a item on 28th Street at the Centerpoint Mall area the night before which they said was readily available. States store opens at 9:30. I am actually here at 9:50 a.m. on 8/30/21 today. Me and 2 other customers are here waiting for the store to open. I know I am not the first person because someone left a not on the door handles stating there displeasure. I have to conclude this since it is 10:10 a.m. Another customer is pulling in now! This needs to be known "far and wide" of the inadequate shown by the Vitamin Shoppe. This is very unfair. Please spread the word to see if this is addressed. Thank you my professional review.

Billy Roberts: Came in for a product that I’ve had trouble finding and this location had plenty. At checkout Blaine was very informative and helpful, also seems to care a lot about his job which is hard to find these days. I travel the whole country for work and have visited 75-100 vitamin shoppes over the last decade+, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Keep it up!
Thian Kallio: Very helpful staff. Well tuaght about the supplimeants they sell. Welcoming comfurtable feeling apon entry. Organized and clean. Easy to get to building with a decent parking lot. Later supply of stock and variations of things you may be looking for. For sure recomend stoping here for quick fixes, detox, supplies of good herba and natural medicines.
Zachary French: Blaine was a great burst of energy and positivity when I came to the store! The store is always clean and organized well, and the way the merchandising is done seems to be well thought out and organized. Prices on supplements and workout specific products could definitely use a restructure in my opinion , but otherwise the pricing seems to be on par with the competition in the area.

T JB: I’ve been purchasing supplements from The Vitamin shoppe for over 10 year’s.I then started purchasing supplements online due to less expensive products.I went into the Vitamin Shoppe last summer to pick up an item I needed.Dakota (the manager at the time)Educated me on his abundant knowledge of everything supplement in the store!I was beyond impressed!I thought I had a good knowledge of supplements until I was assisted by Dakota!I will not go into the vitamin shop unless Dakota is working!Dakotas customer service, as well as his knowledge of supplements has no equal at the vitamin Shoppe!I have never been waited on by any supplements/health store, manager, or associate that has the customer service or the knowledge that Dakota hasTo be completely honest. I would probably not continue to shop at the Vitamin Shoppe if Dakota was not working.I feel his knowledge as well as his customer. Service as well as his honesty should be reviewed by the Vitamin Shoppe corporate office to make him a general manager of all the stores in the Grand Rapids area! Five huge stars up for Dakota.!

Jessie: The guy working at the time was very helpful. I’m impatient & didn’t want to order Bloom Greens and wait so he directed me to Ghost Greens. The guy warned me it tastes like dirt. I didn’t have that experience. I found the Guava Berry was more similar in taste to like a green smoothie or juice. A tad earthy but overall delicious. I have always enjoyed Ghost products and once again they have not failed me. Wish I could remember the sales associates name to give him credit because he definitely helped with the purchase!
