S Marie: I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel that this must be heard. I have been a sams member for 10+ years. To be fair and really not to bash all sams clubs i thought id mention that I domostly shop at this kentwood location . For the past year alone I have run into the issue with no carts being available . It's annoying especially in the winter as the carts are hard to push thru the snow. And annoying when it rains.cuz who wants to go back out there end getall wet? Also they have sales ppl here waiting to "attack" I Am here to shop. Not to listen to high pressured sales pitches from people talking you down and trying to talk you into buying something you don't want. Then there's the food court. I like to grab a quick bite to eat or drink. Yesterday boy were they busy. The tables had not been cleaned. I asked to use a cleaning towel to clean off a couple tables.. the response was, yes I can't get ahold of any cleaning towels myself so Sorry. I generally like sams but honestly if something doesn't improve soon , I will cancel myMembership :(

Their pizza is the best!!!But today using scan and go, it asked my for my 3 digit code on the back of my Sam's CC. Well, I didn't have it with me, I have it stored in the app for the purposes of shopping. So I was forced to add another card I did have and charge it to that card. :/ I was not happy about that.Went today around 11am, wasn't very crowded. I was able to get in and out under an hour.
