Our particular well water is very challenging to say the least, but Gerrit has worked diligently with us to achieve clear water. He has responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries along the way, and he does not hesitate to do what it takes to solve problems. He's calm and articulate as he problem solves. I don't know what your experience has been getting contractors to work with you quickly and effectively over the past few years, but I've found it difficult to get them to return calls and schedule service in a timely manner. Gerrit and Besco, however, respond immediately and schedule service quickly. Rare quality and service! I highly recommend Gerrit and Besco.

Steve Pettit: I just moved to the area and had used Culligan at my previous address with good customer service. The Culligan service here is a different experience entirely. It took weeks to get a return call and service. My credit card was given to pay for bottled water service. A bill was then emailed to me a month later, I was charged more than the quoted price for the bottled water and a late fee was tacked on. I’m researching other service options.

I was not sure about getting the system. After installation I was beyond amazed!!!I have well water and it was very smelly and after installation the smell went away... I lived in my home for 18 years without this and wish I would have done it so much sooner!!!I live in the country I Did not drink my water due to the farming around my home and I can say I feel safe drinking my water now for the first time!!!

Hannah: I’ve called these people 3-4 times to try and cancel my service because we no long live at the address. I am still getting a bill because “it’s in my contract”. I’m sorry that you guys were booked out almost 2 weeks to come and get the water softener before we moved but how do you expect me to get the softener out!?!? I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE! Should NOT be my responsibility and problem that the new home owners didn’t sign up with you guys and take care of things on their end. So frustrated. Jack was NO help on the phone either.

Michael Minzey: Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the last several years. They are very amenable to changes in schedule, the water is pristine, and the price is equitable. I ran out early and went to their office to swap out empty jugs for new ones. While I was waiting in the lobby the staff had already loaded up my car with fresh water. If you're in GR and care about your water, I highly recommend you get with this service. Happy for every penny spent.

joe sheets: Used Culligan for salt delivery. Have no complaints about the actual Company. Good price and timely deliveries. However the salt they deliver is very poor quality. (get what you pay for) It appeared to be dirty and always left a thick film in the bottom of our tank. Accepted two deliveries and both did the same thing so we cancelled. Never had this issue with Mortin. Its unfortunate because they have a good price and it was convenient having it delivered.

Josh Friend: I recently bought a house that had a water softener from Trusco. I had to do some reconfiguring of the plumbing and found that one of the disconnect fittings was defective and unusable (i'm honestly not sure how it was ever installed in the first place). When I contacted sales via email listed on their website, I received a very prompt reply from someone with a price for the part, and they requested that I call them to order it. When I called, nobody answered so I left a voicemail. Then I waited two days with no reply. I called again and this time the voicemail greeting stated that the salesperson would be at a trade show for the next week. I tried calling the company main line but all options related to sales or purchasing redirected to the same person I was already told to contact who was gone for the next week. I eventually found a generic voicemail inbox and left a message. I was never able to contact a real person and have never received a call back.Fortunately for me, I found out that the systems they sell are just rebranded Clack WS1 valves, and there are numerous sites online that will sell the parts for it with zero hassle.
