Silvestre Hernandez: It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at your company. Every time I call I get a voice mail. I leave a message, and NO ONE calls back. Instead, we get short answer emails that don’t address our main concern, the shortage of material. We have PO’s stating how much was orders, we have vague packing list that do not indicate how many rolls were on the shipment or how many yards per roll. When we unrolled to cut the material we find that we’re short. Then we go back a forth with emails trying to get a hold of people. The service is horrendous. I’ll just never use or recommend your company to anyone.
