Kelly Kreiner: Jeff and his team were extremely professional and quick to respond. I was looking for a new well pump upgrade for future sprinkler installation. My old (1979) pump was seized into the well and they were unable to pull it out. The 40 year old PVC pipe attached to the well pump broke. Rob tried to fish it out, but the pump wasn’t cooperating. Jeff’s schedule was booked, but he knew my situation and was quick to respond. A new well was drilled and I’m back in business. I would recommend Rosendall to anyone needing well services. I have had numerous issues with other various services that I have hired in the past. It is refreshing to know that good businesses with good owners are still out there. I called this morning and left a message, I received a call back 7 minutes later and was told he could be at my house within 10 minutes for a free assessment. 20 minutes later he confirmed we needed a new pump, another 20 minutes later someone else arrived to fix it! The entire process from calling to inquire about my issue to having a brand new pump installed 60 feet under ground took less than 3 hours! While the gentleman replaced the pump he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and even engaged my young son in his work. If I ever need well repair again in the future (hopefully not!) Dana Bravata: My husband woke up for work and heard water in our basement. He went down to find a leak coming from our pump area. Called Buer and had people out in less than an hour. They returned later that day and said they could try to get it done by that night because we had a huge rainstorm coming. They stayed until 7pm getting the job done! Stephanie Bergman: My husband called and told them we were having pressure issues with our water and he had tried a few things and couldn't figure it out so we called Bell Well out. The guy wasnt here long and said we had a bad pump. Trusting them being the professionals in this line of work we agreed to replace the pump to the tune of 2200.00. The guy never tested anything after replacing the pump and left. Not even 24 hours later we had the same issues we called them out for with the water pressure. I called them back.out. The same man came back.out and said well it's nothing I did I dont know what to tell you maybe call an electrician. He told us we had no power going to our well which was completely false or we wouldnt have water. He told his boss we were blowing through pressure switches which again was totally untrue.. All he could basically say is sorry dont know what to tell you and left. I called the owner and he wasnt very professional at all and didnt offer anything himself. We figured out the problem ourselves and it ended up being the pressure tank. If I owned a business I would've felt terrible and helped my customer figure out the problem at a minimum. This never happened and I would Never recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional and then said my husband lied about how much they charged when we have it right on our credit card statement. Unbelievable.Service:Pump repairs installation
Jason Storms: Worst experience ever. Do not call this place if the problem is not obvious. They replaced my well pump at $2200 and still had the same problem. Called them back out and told them that we still had the same problem. They came out and he checked out the work he did and said everything he did looked good. He said to call an electrician. An electrician? What? The owner was no help either. He said the well must be going dry or something. Upon me taking the time and figuring this out on my own I figured out that my pressure tank was bad. I replaced the pressure tank and it has worked like brand new ever since. Was the $2200 I spent for a new well pump even needed? I plan on getting it tested and I will proceed with legal services if need be. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES THAT DON'T BACK THEIR WORK.

Jeff Gielniak: Lost water around 6 pm on a Saturday night. Dyer had a guy at our house within an hour and determined we needed a new pump (at the bottom of the well). A truck came the next day at the scheduled time (1 pm) and we had water back on by 3 pm Sunday (21 hours real time later on a weekend). Highly recommend.

Stephanie Ray: We stumbled upon this company on a Saturday after the well in our newly purchased home stopped working. We initially called the company whose name was on the well pump (started with a B), but they didn't answer their emergency phone line, and ended up becoming frustrated with our repeated calls for assistance. Wahlfield, however, answered their weekend phone, tried to offer assistance over the phone, and ended up coming out on that same day to help us. They replaced the well pump, and spent MANY hours trying to locate the pressure tank (which ended up being completely buried, INCLUDING the switch). When we asked them to replace the pressure tank, they came out after working a full day elsewhere, and finished the job. Our technician was incredibly kind, worked ridiculously hard, and did not complain once!! In comparison with the company we tried to call initially who never did come out to assist after FIVE DAYS with no water. Glen Kerjes: I had Wahlfield come out and replace a check valve in my well. Everything seemed OK until two years later the connection to the pump broke and the pump fell to the bottom of the well. It cost me $2500 to replace the pump. The person who put in the new pump was not at all surprised that the last company that came out here and used inferior materials or did inferior work in reconnecting the pump was Wahlfield.

Turns out they drilled the well many years ago, before I owned the house. Eric explained what was broken and what my options were clearly. I opted to buy a new pump, the broken part was stuck in the 27 year old pump. Very happy, they are now my "go to" if any well problems occur in the future.

I called them at the beginning of the week and by Friday they gave me a quote, sent someone out, and worked on getting me an invoice to prove service for trying to sell our house. Colin Rogers: Had them out twice since I've owned my home. First was a broken fitting on my well pump. They were able to quickly diagnose it and fixed it very fast. The 2nd was today. Called them and they had a technician out within the hour. Found the problem and it was fixed within 2 hours start to finish. Fantastic service and great work. I highly recommend Raymer water wells to anyone with well issues or new installs.

ClassicRockJock: These guys are amazing! After discovering a broken main I was totally without water. I called around and was told by most companies that it would be days before they could come. I got in touch with Raymer and they were out first thing in the morning. Not only did they discover the problem the fix it and covered a seven foot hole like a landscaper! Ron Killian: Last year the plumber called them out to work on our pump. Was happy with the service. This year I called about getting a new well pump. The communication could have been much better, but once we nailed it down, they were able to come out within 30 minutes. In an hour or two they had a new pump installed and it worked perfectly. Our old pump struggled to do 18/36, the new pump is doing a rock solid 40/60 with no trouble. Very happy with the new pressure. Hasn't been this good in years. Like tonight as the Iron filter runs, the new pump is not only keeping up, but it's surpassing the flow. So if you need a new pump, a real good one, and installed professionally, call these guys.
Sally ODonnel: OK so they’re barely out of our driveway and I’m writing this review because I’m afraid I’ll forget if I wait. Last week we found our self with unusable water. The gentleman we used for work on our well last year was unavailable and gave me Steve’s number. (Shout out to Rick at larry Denton Well Drilling) Steve answer the Call, Came out later that day on a Friday evening, and had a quote to me by midnight. Even through the Covid shut down he got the permit and called me Wednesday morning to say they would be out to start. It is now 2:30 on Thursday and I have a new well! I can’t say enough about this company, its employees, and its owner. They are professional, courteous, Fair and friendly. I highly recommend them! Thank you Steve and crew! Now I need a shower!

Jeremy Moe: This company has upset me enough to actually write my only review ever. After a week without water and days of trying to get a hold of them, my wife was finally able to schedule them to come out for an estimate. We were given a quote for a new well and a "repair" of the old one. No explanation given for the "repair".On the day they told us they would be here drilling the new well they were a no show. I began calling at 8am to find out what the hang up was. When the office finally answered I was told to call a cell phone number that wouldn't answer. As there was no answer and no voicemail the first few times I called, I continued to call every hour until 1pm when Steve finally had the courtesy to be bothered to answer his phone.I called their office back to cancel, whereupon the lady who answered (barely) pressed me to answer her questions about where I was in the process of getting a new well. I explained the entire story again about already having an estimate and the crew that was scheduled not showing. She then asked if I had drawn my permits for the new well yet...I cancelled after telling her that I did not have the permits (as it is the contractors responsibility to pull the permit(s)). I (the customer) pay for the permit...Steve had the nerve to then call me back during the middle of dinner at 7pm to say he would be out to my place between 9 and 9:30 the next morning.Nope. If you want a company that can't be bothered to communicate a customers needs to their own team and wastes your time, be my guest. They have zero respect for a customers time or needs. They get one star only because I can post with zero.
