James Shotwell: Sue is wonderful. She is an expert at fitting and styling your hair piece. We have gone 6 months or more without seeing her and she not only remembers us but will order a new piece, style it and have it ready to fit before we walk in the door again.

Ophelia Munroe: A small but lovely shop! The owner is very sweet and has a lot of really gorgeous wig options for both people suffering from hair loss and those who wear them recreationally as a protective style.The location is not very large but her selection is honestly fantastic. It isn't a full scale beauty shop but she does sell other trinkets as well. I bought two pairs of fluffy faux mink lashes with my wig and absolutely adore them!
Mandee Thiell: What a hidden gem of a shop and the kindest shop owner around. Sue took care of my mother-in-law who lost her hair during chemo. She was very informational and so sweet. There were so many wigs to choose from and she knew just the ones for her. ❤

Miss Sue went over the top showing us styles. I ended up buying one & have boughten numerous wigs there over the years. She always remembers me & where I’m from even where I work, since I’m Not Local. I’ve gone to other shops, but NEVER gotten 1/2 the assistance I get from Miss Sue. It’s the ONLY place I buy my wigs from! She’s the Best!!!

Ashley Vandyke: My family member got diagnosed with cancer and needs chemo. She was trying to get prepared and find a wig that looks like her natural hair. The woman that worked there seemed annoyed when we gave our opinion about wigs she tried on. She found a wig and scheduled an appointment to have it cut to her hair style. She showed up for the appointment and the woman working stated that my family member was wrong about her appointment and stated the woman who cuts the wigs wasn’t even there that day and she acted like it was my family members fault (it was the correct day because 3 of us heard her make the appointment). My family member rescheduled her appointment for a few days later and the woman called the day before and cancelled her rescheduled appointment and gave no reason. If you want good service don’t go here especially if someone is depending on getting a wig in time for chemo therapy. I would give 0 stars if I could. We are going to beautiful by you for services instead because they have already shown way more exceptional customer service than Breton

Christine Raynes: Poor customer service. They sold me the wrong product twice. I asked to return/exchange it for the correct product. The woman did not want to exchange it, implying it was my fault. She had a poor customer service attitude. She should have apologized to me for making me go back there 3 times in order to get it corrected. You would think they would want to keep someone's business so they can make $400 off of selling a wig when what they're worried about is a measley product for $12. Apparently they don't understand word-of-mouth. Or care about their reputation. Very rude and short sighted. They aren't the only game in town. -0 rating. Be sure and ask them how long that $400 synthetic wig is going to last. 6 months maybe?

Catherine Hoven: Not as big as a selection as I thought for what I was looking for even though I found what I wanted and the staff was extremely nice I felt there was a lot of lack of knowledge, I think they need a beautician on hand at all times to help style and trim.
Connie Frederick: Great service! Jean and Ginger are very knowledgeable. They have a large selection to choose from. They are so kind, patient and welcoming. It was well worth the drive from Jackson. I bought 3 beautiful wigs I just love. Jean cut and styled one of them while I was there. She is a true artist in hair design. I will continue to buy my wigs there from now on. Highly recommend them!
Laurel Hartness: My Mom lost all of her hair after a fight with cancer and subsequently beating severe sepsis. The hours of anesthesia and all of the medications made her hair fall out completely. She has felt very insecure and just lost her self esteem.I cannot thank you enough, Ginger & Mom, for bringing my mother's smile back. She has been through so much and she deserved to feel beautiful again. Breton Wigs was not only patient, but so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being the highlight of this dark year. ❤️
