After the first pass I was concerned that it wasn't cleaned properly and had some difficulty getting in touch to get that resolved. However, they did come and rectify the situation. Jade Reinhart: Hello I can’t help but to boost about Award Window Cleaning Services and my Grandpa. My Grandpa Mark owns Award Window Cleaning Services and Blue-Sky Window Cleaners. A week or so ago he did a GREAT Employee Appreciation Day for his employees, I got to help. It was fun. My Grandpa takes care of me the oldest "Jade" and 4 other grandchildren as our guardian. My Grandmother also handicapped by lower back surgeries over the last three years. Grandpa still has time to get us all to school, school activities, sporting events, and water skiing/ tubing once a week or more. Grandpa must be doing a great job. Last week he told me he is excited to reach 30 years at Award Window Cleaning in 2021. Then about all his customers that have been with Award Window for over fifteen years like Metro Health, Amway World HQ in Ada, Soaring Eagle Resort, VanAndel Institute, VanAndle Arena, DeVose Place are the big ones I remember. Oh and Haworth in Holland. I remember when we went to Florida to see Grandpa become president of the International Window Cleaning Association. That was very cool too, we got to go to Disney. I would give Award Window Cleaning Services 5 stars and my Grandpa 10 stars if I could. Love ya Grandpa.

Rachel Wiens: JAS did an awesome job cleaning my siding, windows and storm windows.We own an old home that has single pane windows and storm windows and as a result we have condensation problems in the winter that lead to mold growth on the storms. They were able to remove and clean all of our storm windows and their team did an incredible job getting years of dirt and grime off of the windows so that they look like new! They also noticed a few screws missing from our storm windows (that attach them to our house) and offered to replace them for us, which we really appreciated since they were on the second story.They also cleaned our siding and I was surprised to learn that our house was grey and not beige! Apparently we were well over due on getting our siding cleaned.Finally they noticed that our back gutters were clogged and were able to clean those out for us.All in all they were prompt, professional and provided stellar results at a great value. Didn’t want to ask to come a third time. They didn’t wear booties in the house and got dirt all over the floor.
