John Kargbo: He is a thief. He took a payment for materials, when we went to cancel the order because what he promised was too dark he refused to refund the money to our business. Currently, we’re preparing to file a suit to reclaim the funds and pursue interest and damages. Do not work with this business!Following up, it took him over 1 year to respond and he did so by attempting to highlight the few negative comments on our business page which we utilize to learn and grow from our errors. At the original time of post; we did not file a small claim and moved on. Since the owner has doubled down on his theft and not offered to return or utilize the material that he claims was paid a suit will be filed against him.

Don’t waste your time at a place like this where they can’t even talk to their customers with respect .

They did a quick and efficient job with over 25 years of experience.They use exclusive ceramic tinting which is stop of the line but expensive. I got the midgrade tier giving 66% heat reduction with 35% on all sides and 80% on the front.Overall happy with my choice. I still wear my polarized sunglasses when it's sunny, but it doesn't hinder my night vision at all.It's dark enough to provide some extra privacy, but enough vision wear I won't be worried about police pulling me over.Only thing I'm not completely satisfied is that I can see reflection on the tint from light sources inside the car.

The structure of my windows made it cost prohibitive to install plexiglass in place of the glass. A friend shared Five Star's contact information with me, and after talking with them, I felt like having my windows coated by them was a viable alternative.Five Star treated my windows with a primer, to strengthen them, and then installed the film. They used clear film in the windows I wanted us to be able to see out of, and you can't tell the film is on there at all. They were able to put frosted film in the bottom half of the windows in rooms where more privacy was needed.They did a beautiful job. They were kind, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Just before our film was to be applied, we found out that we would have some transom windows replaced due to a warranty issue. Karma Schmidt: Took my GLA250 here for a ceramic coating of the paint and wheels. Ahmad did an amazing job!! He kept the car overnight and took his time on it. You can tell how passionate he is on this kind of work and the final product really speaks for itself. It costs more than a detail but in my opinion well worth it because he made it look like a car that just came off of a new dealership lot! Thank you Ahmad!

He'll always tell you he can't make a used car look "brand" new but I'll let you know when he fails to disappoint.**Update: I've got my windows tinted now from Ahmad and his price was unbeatable for the quality install he provided! I also finally set aside the $$$ for the ceramic coating Ahmad had been telling me about and had that out on 50,000 miles too late. He said I only needed a one touch paint correction before he applied the ceramic so that she would look brand new before he put on the 3 year coating.I've been in for one free warranty wash already for the Glassparency and it continues to hold up great!!
