The Lowdown Feedback: I worked directly with Scott, Co-Owner of Floor It from start to finish. He arrived promptly at our residence to provide an estimate, get us on schedule, and to help us locate a flooring provider that was affordable. We remained on schedule for the project, and the final result in our home was wonderful. I found Scott and his small team easy to work with and very professional. Email communication wasn't a problem, and all of my emails and phone calls throughout the process were answered usually within 24-36 hours. They are a small business and a small team, and they did an outstanding job. To add to this, I accidentally over-paid when the job was completed, and Floor It let me know the error and refunded my over-payment promptly. Looking forward to working with this group again for our next flooring project.

The day of the appointment he texted me to let me know he is going to have to cancel. I then asked him to reschedule but he never got back to me. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. Usually owners go above and beyond to care for their customer service it's sad to see that this is not the case here.

Francis Burns: We obtained two bids on our wood floors. This company beat the other company in terms of price due to some pretty smart decisions. They found some original wood flooring in our linen closet, which reduced costs. I was impressed. They also sanded a "dog pee" area instead of replacing it. I think that it looked fine, but my wife would have liked it to have been replaced. So...they are not perfect, but a solid company. I would have no problem using them again in the future or recommending them to another person.
