Aaron Davis: I had been recommended to Cirillas by a friend and it did not disappoint! My girlfriend and I were a bit nervous but the ladies jumped right in to make us feel safe and comfortable. They answered all questions and gave us suggestions based off what we were looking for! We will definitely be coming back.

Jordan Weiss: Today was a super unpleasant day at Cirilla’s there were two women at the register gossiping and did not greet us when we came into the building or when we came up to the register. She continued to gossip as she scanned us out I asked if she could add the dancers discount and she huffed, ripped the receipt up and told me the next time I come in to ask before she rings everything up and then continued to mumble “annoying” under her breath. She was extremely unprofessional and rude so if Cirilla’s wants to do anything about it I’ll attach the top of the receipt with the time and date on it.

John Crambell: Bought a toy for the wife, and I in September and did not have a chance to think about using it until the other day and the battery pack was inop from the manufacturer. Drove once to the store and was told to come back when the manager was there. After calling and getting the ok to exchange 70.00 inop product my wife got to the store to be totally embarrassed by a manager named missy. Stated the toy had been used ect. And it was not. Missy just kept on going to totally embarrass my wife to the point we will never shop at any cirilla’s stores. Not the one in Lansing nor any other place. I have never left a bad review for any business. This is the first time to ever leave a bad review for anyone. This business rates as a zero. No star at all

Julia McClain: I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I bought a corset and was told I could bring it back if needed as long as it had the tags on it. I went Saturday to take it back and the cashier Ally was extremely rude! I felt fat shamed. She looked at the receipt and said "you're a dancer!?" And laughed. I responded "no" she said "well your receipt was rang up under a dancer" I explained Idk why I didn't ring myself up. She said "well You will have to wait until Monday when the manager is here I don't even know how to return a discount. I said "this is ridiculous I need my money back So I am able to feed my 7 children I will never do business with this company again" she responded "ok, sounds good" So, today is Monday I call and talk to the manager B? She said she never told me I could return it only in store credit. So now I have nothing to wear under my wedding dress on Friday and I also can't get my money back to feed my 7 children until Friday. This place is a joke please don't waste your time or your hard earned money here.

Brandy Weinner: Literally the WORST customer service ever! The nasty little thing at the front counter acted personally offended that we wanted to exchange a defective item. Had a terrible attitude and basically called me a liar. Happy customers are repeat customers! You definitely need some customer service training because you’re ridiculous! We will never spend another penny here! Do yourselves a favor and take your money elsewhere!

pure Michigan: My boyfriend and I had been there multiple times in the past. We went there tonight to try to find a Halloween costume. We have been looking around for about 5 minutes before the lady that came up to my boyfriend and asked him if he could take his hat off she said it was store policy. That's weird I didn't know they had a dress code a few weeks ago they didn't say nothing when we came in and he had a hat. I've been pointed out that there had been another lady that had been in the store before us wearing a hat and asked why she hadn't told her anything. But by that time I was already upset so I told the lady that I just wouldn't be back that we would take our business somewhere else. She then told us that was okay because there's plenty of customers anyways. Someone who thought of helping us like normal workers do she treated my boyfriend like he was some creeper and then stated that she didn't need us to be customers anyways. We were not doing anything wrong in the first place besides shopping for a costume and minding our own business. I don't know what kind of managers are run that place but if this is the kind of worker that they want running that place that's pretty sad. After our experience with that lady we can never go back because we know that we don't feel comfortable shopping there. I don't know how they're going to have any customers if they got workers like that lady I could see if he was wearing a a hoodie or a ski mask but come on lady baseball hat. If my boyfriend is not allowed to wear his hat in a store to cover his bald spot then that is just weird. I thought we were stereotype tonight and that worker should be talk to about how she treats customers.

But the entire time I was in the store, I felt extremely judged. Employees didn’t take their eyes off of me the entire time and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There’s also a strange smell in the store as well? Also not very fairly priced. Go to Lover’s Lane instead! Nice employees, affordable prices, and no smell.

Desicrated: First, the interior of this store is pretty well kept and that is always good to see with this type of store. Secondly, every staff member I have interacted with here has been very pleasant and knowledgeable. And I am pretty sure I have talked with all of them. Good suggestions are a welcome thing for sure when buying these types of items and having people staffed here that actually know what they are selling is great to see.

Tawnya: I've spent a good deal of $$ in this store.. quality is very low end on some stuff. I get return policy and reasoning behind it. But why not even offer store credit?? Can only exchange for exact same product if it doesn't work.. totally unsatisfied with my product, very cheap quality, and definitely not 'whisper quiet' as it advertises.. tried giving them another chance, tired of feeling like I'm wasting $$.. no customer satisfaction here.. I say spend your time and $$ elsewhere !!
