Isabella Howard: Rating a 1 star because of their poor customer service. Back in July I booked a Friday night glow kayak trip. The weather that day was rainy and was probably going to storm so I called just to ask if it was going to get rained out and they told me yes and asked for my name and email because I was going to get a voucher for another day. Few weeks go by and I received no call or email. I have called several times with no answer- left detailed messages- and still no response. Disappointed is an understatement.

Lindsey Allison: We came across some other more popular older companies that def charge about 20% more. But in the end we chose this one. We got a deal online from their website that got us the bikes for $22.4 per day. Very good deal. The bikes are average quality but seem to be well-maintained. The guy was very helpful. The price was reasonable. Overall we loved it. So don't worry whether the lower price suggests worse services or inferior quality. Unless u look for some professional, performance bikes, this is the place u looking for.

Jordyn: Workers were very friendly and rules were easy to abide by. Employees helped you put in and come off the water. Life jackets were provided for the adventure and I thought the price was very reasonable. Great company to have access too in the middle of the city!

Tania Castilhos: Great place with equally great service. When in doubt what soup you want, try a sample. I really recommend the bowls too.The place is clean and that's a hard thing to accomplish with the amount of traffic at lunch time.They are just too small for the amount of clients they have which is not really a problem for them 😆
