Corey Cook: I hate to give a negative review, but I’ve been calling Janson Equipment regularly (once every few weeks) over the past 4 months to have them send a tech to my farm to inspect and repair my small square baler. They just keep stringing me along, saying “we’ll try to get to you next week”. Well, it’s coming up on June and hay season is right around the corner and I keep getting the same answer. It’s really frustrating and I feel like they don’t value me much as a customer. I’ve mostly spoken with Theresa in scheduling, and once with the store manager, whose name I forget.EDIT: Updating my review to 4/5 stars. Janson did end up sending service technicians to my farm (without calling in advance!) and performed the maintenance that I needed completed on my square baler. They also custom fabricated some steel to fix a roller channel that was bent. They did restring my baler, but they did not do it correctly. Luckily, I caught it before I started baling! My experience was frustrating, but I ultimately received the service that I needed and was satisfied with the result. I will continue to use Janson in the future.

Todd Wolf: Went to get a hydraulic hose made for a planter. There was 3 people behind the counter, one on the phone and two looking at a computer. None of them ever acknowledged i was there and after 15 minutes I left and went to D&G equipment, where I was promptly waiting on and had the hose I needed made! !

taxi 42: Above and Beyond. Excellent service. They (Derek+) were able to find the small part I needed for an old backhoe and even dug up an old manual for me to make copies of installation instructions. I think my part was all of 92 cents. They spent over 45 minutes helping me. Wow! Highly recommend.
Tabytha Przedwojewski: Do not waste your time here. Management is terrible, they basically stole from my family. They will not do a return even though they gave us a faulty product. They DO NOT work for the customer and I think you'd be 100% better off driving further to avoid working with these people.
