Dave Moore: Mary at the front end was extremely rude, impatient and not willing to hear that another cashier had my return behind the counter. She rushed me out the checkout lane, saying “ have a great day in a really Condescending rude tone” I shop here all the time, but I will not be returning if she is still employed here. Terrible customer service. Everyone else was very welcoming besides Mary. She looked like she was in a very bad mood. You lost a good weekly returning customer over one employee with a terrible attitude. I’d give this spot zero stars if I could. Thanks for the terrible experience Mary!!!!

Luann Renteria: 5* for the greeter. Told him we were looking for golf clubs. He was very informative about what was available in the golf department and named the two guys that would help us out. Was looking around the golf department for about 10 minutes and no one came out of the office to help us....very disappointing...

Ty (NoCreativity3): I like this place! I frequently play airsoft here! The guys who run the airsoft games are passionate about airsoft and work hard.I only have two minor complaints. The main field feels a bit unbalanced at times, but I know they try to host build days to add to the field, so it's something they are working on!The other gripe is their rental gear. They have Lancer tactical guns and valken bb's they rent out. And paintball masks that fog horribly. When I try to get my friends who don't own guns to play, they get frustrated with the rental gear and leave early every time. The guns often miss feed and are significantly worse than anything else one could buy. I do not recommend anyone to use the rentals or the bb's. I had to buy the bb's once because I ran out. And my gun and mags jammed several times and missfed every shot.If they could offer better rental gear and a better brand of bb's for sale, this place would be even better for airsoft!

Shaun Robbins: Came here on march 15 2023, as a collector of military gear i was impressed by the amount of uniform items (especially their brand new still tagged OCP uniforms). the owner was hilarious. the Prices where fair. for brand new OCP Trousers, Tunic and UBAC i spent 50 USD a piece I got USGI UCP mechanics coveralls for 39.99 USD and a pristine condition Woodland OTV vest for 199,99 USD, Plus they had bunny rabbits. would return next time i am in the Lansing area

John Howell: If you are into military surplus in even the slightest way, this is the place to check out! Huge selection of uniforms footwear knives and just about anything else you can think of. For anyone looking to create a uniform for reenacting, this is the place to check for all of your patches and insignia. The owners are super friendly and fun to talk to! I highly recommend this place for a stop off for children of all ages especially us old kids!

I stood at counter for 10 mins listening to dudes conversation with a girl and he could see over the shelf I was looking but dint once think to ask if I needed help or anything. Then after his conversation he walked over to another area close to the gun display.My girl walked around and looked and the guy ignored her too dint even ask if she needed help or anything.First time going in this one.They all seem be the same no help in gun area of store so you gotta walk all the way up front and ask a cashier or whoever works there to help in gun department.Well there they had an add for buy this get something free I really wanted to buy it to get it free.

This one didn't. And me and the family had a hard time finding someone to help with shoes for my daughter.
